hihi my computer is broken so here's some traditional art :,) I'm obsessed with @grilledicecream's version of deltaswap queen and love her dearly. So I made art haha

I kinda imagine the voice on the phone would promise queen that he could help her rule cyber city again kind of like how he promised spamton he could help him make it big. And she gets spamified from there, if you will
