thinking about how the fic is written in the 3rd pov, past tense of wonka and anderson and then a tragedy fell upon them. then the last chapter of it is from charlie's 1st pov, present tense; revealing that he narrated their story and that they were doomed from the start and nothing, no one could ever change it. they are already a great, big tragedy.

I miss when I search up 'willy wonka edits' on tiktok, it only appears depp wonka edits and some low quality typa shit. but now it appears chalamet wonka too. I have a thought, and it involves the Mayor/Not mayor.

So as we know (season 3 special spoilers) he was once a chief of war.

He was mortal then, nothing but a man with rank and an apparent willingness to follow LBD's orders.

Now here's my little slice of head cannon.

Back then, when he was mortal. He suffered a great and cruel loss. It led to him viewing the world as cold and unjust.

Perhaps the lord he once served showed no concerns making his decision to join LBD all the easier.

Then how about this idea, dispite all his woes and heartache he knows what LDB is planning is truly evil.

So at first he tried to fight her.

Of course he failed.

He was possessed by force, much like Wukong. However the difference is like the vessel she had during season 2 and 3 he is mortal.

Compared to the monkey king he stood no chance against her power. So after she was defeated the first time and sealed away, he was left with that power still in him.

Over the centuries that power twisted his perspective and views. Along with having to live much longer than his mortal soul should have he's grown ... Inhuman persay.

The most interesting part with the most potential is now... He mortal again, and his lady is truly gone.

He's alone....
