I like head-cannoning Iris as the most enthusiastic yet completely oblivious ally ever. The way he introduces Spheer, “Spheer is non binary,,, by the way” with that silly ahh smile, I’m sorry guys but you can’t tell me he hadn’t been waiting for that moment ever since they came out

I imagine he didn’t immediately understand Spheer’s identity (it took him a good while) but he was 100% supportive from the get go even if he had clue what they were talking about

Okay silly headcannon time once more:

Cube had originally assumed the other caretaker were just as young as he was when they got their heroes. The other caretakers could tell Cube was on the younger side but none of them would’ve guessed he was THAT young.

I like to imagine the way they found out went something like: Iris teasing Cube for never having done/experienced something, offhandedly throws a comment along the lines of “What are you, 20 years old?” And Cube’s just like “No,,, I’ll turn 20 next year though” And all the caretakers stare at each other in baffled silence because they all assumed Cube was around 25 at worst
