I don't actually have a lot to say about these two, but I imagine them pretty close to their canon selves! There isn't a whole lot different about them, but I think Temaki would be slightly more protective of his little sisters. Like the kind of brother that would intimidate any partner that comes along and make them feel like he'd kill them if they made a mistake with his sisters. And he would!
I imagine Shikako would get flustered more easily than Shikamaru would, especially when it comes to Temaki (who tries to fluster her on purpose when they're in a relationship). She'd also be the first to develop feelings out of the two of them, which makes her even more flustered when he's around

Hi!! In the shikatema genderbend, how do you think Temaki would react if Shikako cried (after timeskip)? Would he be afraid to show any ‘weak’ emotions?

I think Temaki would give her awkward but sincere comfort. He'd panic a little, unsure of what to do but he'd attempt to comfort her. Temaki's wouldn't be used to showing emotion or comforting those who are emotional, the best he's done is with his sisters, but he tries. In Shippuden, I feel like Temaki would be more comfortable to show his feelings, especially in his expressions, more than before the timeskip, but he isn't good at physically comforting people that aren't his immediate relations. He'd probably give her an awkward side hug or something, but he tries!
