Scary Godmother Head Cannon - Tumblr Posts
This is a question for the mun. How do you think vampires age in SG? I know Max and Ruby are 1000+ (since Ruby stated they were 500 years older, and I believe SG said that Skully was 500 years old) Sorry if this is a really hard question to ask but I have my own thoughts about it and I'd love to hear yours!
So I think they age by decade. Max being from the renessiance era and marrying ruby by the end. So max and ruby were from the 15-1600s,judging by the clothes they wear and max’s similarity to nosforatu. Both from either Romania or Transylvania. Max bit ruby as a human which is the reason why she had human eyes max looks more humanesque, orson was born full vampire, red eyes and all. My head cannon is that vampires bitten early as Humans can give their young human traits of the domanit gene. Orson can feel heat and cold because of his mother, but due to being full blooded vampire can’t feel heat for long or he’ll die. Ruby and max can burn but due to ruby being bitten as a human, takes less time to burn rather than max. Max and ruby aged and turned in the late 1600s and watched the world change, ruby got pregnant with orson in the fall of 1910. Orson grew up in each decade of the 20th and 21st century, hence why he wears more modern clothes and fashion. He was raised as royalty but doesn’t like the restrictions, but listens to his parents any way as he likes and wants to make them happy. Max and ruby got married in the late 1600s early 1700s and adapted to that life style, making them super old fashioned. Ruby met scary during the Salem witch trials and hid her from the towns people and priest, they became fast friends and both went to monster college. Ruby wanting to expand her knowledge. Skully was burned at the stake, he was a shop keeper who was outed as gay and the towns people forced his lover to light the fire at the stake. After he was burned to his bones, they hid him in a closet of an old house, that same house that would be the spook house Hannah was locked in.
Please tell me yours! I’d love to hear it!
