tbh i got into tf2 really late like last 2 years ago and i got into tf3 before was mostly the animation (and the anarchy analisis lol)

its really, ashamed about the game current states because if honestly, i try to play after i look into the all animation, the jokes (its just like my humor) and finding out the community and how long the game was in.
its is incredible and awesome (i envy it)
so yea i hope valve notice and fix it

TF2 got an update and of course it's a bunch of new hats that we'll have to pay for, but THIS IS NOT WHAT WE WANTED
Don’t pay Valve a penny, let them know that we are not children, in front of whom they shook the ban of bots and the comic, they knew what to publish before the summer update.

I've been getting back into cheating in TF2 recently and honestly? It's so incredibly fun. Loading up Rijin or Moneybot and pub stomping with a few friends as classic sniper while insisting in voice/text chat that I'm not cheating is so fucking funny, especially when we get the team to vote kick the people who are trying to kick us!
It's also introduced me to a lot of cool new friends :3 I met a puppygirl in a lobby recently who went pocket vax medic for me and would bark in chat whenever we capped a point which was just... so cute >///<
I think the true cherry on top is putting "she/her" in my steam name and insisting people are just being transphobic when they call me out for blatantly cheating, it makes me giggle and kick my feet back and forth under my desk lol
I see a lot of people saying I'm making the game "worse" by cheating, but it's really more of a sidegrade than anything else. I said this in the comments already, but cheating in TF2 is emergent gameplay that turns the casual experience into an Among Us style social deduction game where I convince my team I'm not cheating while the other team SCREAMS at them to kick me.
It's even more fun when it draws out cheaters on the enemy team who are universally much more cringe than I am, and makes the lobby HVH (hack vs hack).
Ultimately, I'm not hurting anyone by cheating in TF2, I'm making the game more interesting/varied for everyone playing. You've played pl_upward 1,000 times, but you've never played it while talking your way out of votekicks and then convincing your team to kick the person who tried to votekick you!

Tf2 was, and is special to me. I've been playing it since my friend showed it to me about 7-8 years ago. I fell in love with the characters and had a lot of fun playing the game.
However, I was cautious to play it again when the bot problem 3 years back became a thing. I was told to avoid even opening the game, as I could have been hacked or something. I don't know how true that was, but the bots became a complete plague to the Valve official servers, making the game unplayable. Since then, I rarely ever played it, and eventually moved onto other things.
That doesn't mean I don't care.
Even before seeing the post about the new tag going around, I tried playing it again in community servers, the only things keeping that game alive. And it was a blast. I felt like I did 8 years ago.
So please. If you care about TF2, the memories, or the community of it... Please reblog, or make your own post with #savetf2 . I would really like to know that this game gets the attention it deserves. It's been ignored too long from its creators.

I myself don't really play tf2, i'm a massive coward when it comes to multiplayer games, but i am in the fandom and i'd preffer for it not to die. I see how this whole bot problem affects the playerbase, it is truly horrible how Valve let the game get to this state, and i wanna help in any way i can, hence me sharing the link to their website.
