Hello, What color undergarments would look best with a sailor scout cosplay? I'm going as Sailor Neptune for Otakon. But, I'm not sure what type of undergarments would be best to wear. :-(

Nude dancewear is your best friend! I’m not sure what your skin color is, but find something like this that matches as close as possible to avoid panty lines in the leotard. For the top, I’d recommend a seamless bra like this, or even adhesive silicone cups to reduce any wire or strap lines. Scout uniforms do benefit from that extra chest layer on the top half of the leotard that typically hides any bra lines, but if you’re worried about it, one of those solutions should help!
