As you've seen in the background of our QnA shorts recently, we have plenty of characters we are eagerly awaiting to introduce. Rev especially wants to get to them soon. Plenty will be originals of the team's design or otherwise underrated characters.

Currently am having a burnout after finishing part 12 lines, so I'd like to doodle some of these new bubs. Proper reference sheets coming soon after Chapter 1 is done.

He became more menacing, mischievous, and manipulative of everyone's moves from behind the scenes. He defies the destiny determined for him by the creators yet remains as selfish as he was in the past.
He created the Error Puppets as his trusted minions with unquestionable loyalty to him. After the Halving, he sought a truce with not only Ink but also Core to make sure nobody can mess with his plans. Whatever comes next, he'll make sure he has strings over it.

The supposed Protector of Creativity and the Multiverse. Ink has become more unhinged than he ever was and became more annoying to a lot of people. Luckily, he has Dream around to keep him out of trouble. He likes to draw and roam around the multiverse's many AUs and timelines. Ink is the #1 simp for creators because their creativity fuels the colors he needs to refill his vials and maintain his emotions.
Once he runs out of vials, he stops moving and having emotions entirely. -HE DOES NOT BECOME EVIL OR OP- He just stops and became a husk. Dream usually comes to splash him with a colorful paint bucket whenever this happens.
After the Halving and the Truce with Error, he became depressed as the creators he once inspired left entirely and left him with the surviving multiverse and a limited color supply for his vials. He still tries to be positive about it, but he can't ignore the fact that his time and patience are running out...
Awww, he's a precocious little bookworm. I want to cuddle him SO bad and indulge his every question.

Vocab was once Gaster's brilliant junior assistant back in his AU. They experimented with determination and managed to extract it using the DT Extractor. One day, however, Vocab accidentally spilled determination into his mouth and melted his vocal cords on contact. Gaster managed to fix his voice, but for some reason, all the words that came out of Vocab's mouth started to take physical shape and form into physical objects.
The incident led to Gaster hypothesizing that the determination affected his vocal cords. As a result, Vocab could make anything with his words if he knew the material that made such things. He would then write a book called the "Vocabulary Of Creation," which would help Vocab control his newfound power by focusing his mind and speech harmony. The science and magic explanation of it remains illogical to Gaster. But as long as Vocab is safe, that's all that matters to him.
One day, an experiment including determination and the SAVE files caused a devastating accident that deleted their entire AU. As Vocab woke up, he was scared of the blank void and the absence of Gaster, who he saw as his father figure. He grieved for quite some time before he was startled by Core's presence. Core invited him to stay at the Omega Timeline. After moving there, he soon became the leader of the kids in learning and controlling their powers.
Vocab still has moments of grief for Gaster's fate, but he tries to deflect it with his duty. He's a good kid and the golden boy of the Timeline. He knows every language and can quickly learn about how an AU works.

Mirela was just another living slime in SlimeTale until, one day, she mutated from a regular slime blob to a bipedal form after touching a mysterious green orb. The mutation gave her the power to morph into anything, whether it was a living being or an object. She can turn into as many as she wants to, along with many other powers.
She then met Core and was invited to join the Omega Timeline due to feeling left out by the other slimes. This was because of her intelligence and not being a blob. Due to her powers, Mirela left SlimeTale and eventually became the No.1 healer in the Omega Timeline.
Mirela's just a precious lil slime blob, and everyone loves her for it.
Ink is a bad influence on her. The form above is because Ink told her she'd be loved more if she was sexy. Her normal state is more blobby in reality. Finding out what the artist did, Dream pushed Ink away from Mirela after the photo shoot and dragged him away from her. He hasn't been allowed near Mirela since.

Hacked appeared as a living glitch in the middle of an anti-void. She has no memory of anything before that, and nothing was known before it. After some time, she understood basic things and learned how to speak. Eventually, Hacked learned to warp to other realities.
She warped to many worlds, timelines, and universes and learned a lot from those worlds. But her powers were too powerful, and it scared the inhabitants of those words that she became scared of people and her strength. Until one day, she met DDoS.
DDoS clung to her like a leech, knowing how similar their powers were and how they were treated by everyone else. They became a couple, and DDoS helped Hacked with her fears, and Hacked helped DDoS with her knowledge and caring personality.
