I saw a theory once that said Red Mary was Percy's mother and while I don't believe it, it would be a cool au.

Imagine the angst of not knowing your mother and she turns out to be an evil Abyssian arsonist. I do have a remedy for Schot recognising her: her burns.

She's burned beyond recognition and the only way he finds out is either by her telling Percy or if he inherits her powers.

Percy doesn't need more trauma but it would be very interesting to explore so I'll call it the: Twisted Fate AU

As a person? Hate her. As a villainous character? Superb.

The opportunity to have the Laughingstocks and the Rubberfishes team up because of her would be so good too.
