More qsmp sketch dump, but this is more especific cause it started as me just saying: "jaja, q!Philza got got by the feds years ago". Then The Purgatory happened and I said: "fuck it, caged birds au and Baghera and Philza where found family, and Jaiden is still bluebird cause I can!" ... but then canon happened and it may be that their lore is connected so yeah you could say I'm an bird lore fanatic, a bit autistic yeah-

i like to imagine that the original team bolas still met once in a while after purgatory. they'd been through much, how could they possibly let go of the bonds that literally and metaphorically held them together through hell?

but as time passed, their meetings grow less frequent. routine takes over as they welcome new guests, take care of the eggs, and learn new mechanics.

slowly, purgatory just feels like a nightmare that passed months ago. was it even real?

but it feels real when baghera wakes up in the middle of the night, squawking for someone she called dad.

it feels real when cellbit waits, not knowing he's waiting for a funny quip from charlie or carre. he doesn't remember when was the last time he saw either of them.

it feels real when foolish turns to make a funny remark at jaiden, but she's not there anymore. at least this time it wasn't with a pile of her own bodies left in her wake.

it feels real when phil is struggling to maintain control over his own mind, grasping on to his children to remind himself of what kept him going through literal hell.

it was hell.

The server being so unfriendly to the French that they LITTERALLY just created lore on the spot instead of just using what was already written is crazy

(On a side note depending on who wrote this lore I have several questions honestly because if this was written by according to Antoines lore the federation directly attacking pomme like this would’ve probably let up to an immediate fallout in the federation power structure. Though I would have to check the dates on when Antoine said he sent his lore over and when the A1 stream happened. Also this would’ve also probably led to aypierres/baghera lore too since they were also kidnapped/raised by the feds and Pierre was even killed by the federation at some point.)

Qsmp French Comms Links Headcanons

I have returned with the full version of this post. So basically for those who aren't aware theres a pretty popular headcanon that every character in the qsmp has like a phone/comm link that they use to send/receive messages So made my own 3ds models of what roughly I think they would look like. This post will cover Antoine, Baghera, Aypierre and Etoiles. I took a lot of inspiration from old style flip phones and I'll show which models I used specifically. This will probably be a long post with a lot of pictures lmao this kinda got out of hand.

thinking about q!Antoines End Of The World again. The books he wrote on everyone there. Thinking about out of all of them Bagheras seemed the most personal. Thinking about how it was personal because he felt uneasy someone from their group would be hiding things with the outsiders. Thinking about him asking Why? Why? Why? Why?

for context, this is Etoiles' entry for comparison and then Bagheras

Thinking about how Pomme is q!Antoines only child. Baghera has Dapper and Tilin, Etoiles has Dapper and Pepito, Aypierre has Richas, Bad has Dapper, but Pomme is his. He's a half crazed past scientist and possible god but he is also a father to one child and one alone. That is how much space in is his heart. And what experiments did he even do? Why does the Federation consider them a failure? Was it his "failed" research that was an overture for the eggs? What about Baghera? Was she created before or after his work? Did he know? And what about Aypierre? They were watching Pierre for years, did he know then? How long has this gone on? How long does the betrayal backlog? How long has Pomme been an only child? In the Watchful Scribes library at The End of The World there is no place for her.

because i havent written anything that can be posted yet but i wanna post something lmao

Soooo lets start off simple, Mikes is actually very fitting for him and honestly the cracked out eyes are an improvement from his more classic skin but i cant lie im taking points off because his like boxes look like they are waist high to me for some reason also like what are his shoes,,, are they like torn,,,, are they crocs wtf is on his feet

baghera ducky skin is so cute and very pleasant color palette but i cant lie i love her election fit more, i think the black and white is such a good contrast and i love that the suit isnt shaded to match the rest of the skin. i just wish it didnt sacrifice the colors on her hat :(((( still amazing though 10/10 professional ducky

This skin is like the platonic ideal of a minecraft skin to me. It's a skin from a decade ago and i can tell, the eye bright colors, shading like a noise texture, it's beautiful to me, truly iconic. Gegg forever. Also i know this is Not The Idea that he probably had while making it but i kinda love that his shoes looks like yellow rubber boots since he deals with a lotta electrical (redstone) wiring

I think Bagis skin is like top 5 for me, the dark deep red and green, her white hair being shaded with an almost deep pink, the blue in the eyes getting brought out with the light blue of the shirt. The feather in the hat is so cute. genuinely one of the best. 10/10

Now,,,,, Cellbit on the other hand.... His classic skin unnerves me. I think its the way the shading on his face looks like a dull beard but like,,, it doesn't extend to the sides of his face,,,, the greens a little too bright idk it just doesn't speak to me. His reboot skin on the other hand is giving everything the classic thought it was. Love that they made his fucking boots higher too lmao. Serving 2015 herobrines mansion npc

Again this is by no means a criticism of the artists that worked on the animation at all and no hate to anyone involved. And if I may toss in my 2 cents here,

There is such a double standard with the way people talk about other relationships on the qsmp and how they treat Maxpierre. Which is pretty insane considering how important it is to the main story of the qsmp. People LOVE talking about purgatory til you ask them who blew up the island and how the nuke was made. 🫠🫠🫠

It's so disappointing because the seconds half of the animation seems entirely devoted to the election arc, which is where we really started getting FED with the french lore. I can distinctly remember that q!Baghera running for the election actually kicked off a lot of FR lore, with Antoine becoming more paranoid and creating "The End Of The World". Etoiles becoming more isolated since a certain former member of the qsmp didn't trust him and kept telling Baghera that Etoiles might end up killing Pomme, and Aypierre doing everything he could to get "favors" from other presidential candidates for power. It was SO interesting to watch in real time how the FR started to withdraw into their own worlds despite very much caring about each other and their new daughter. And no one (outside the FR sphere that is) seems to talk about it.

And it's weird because even though q!Etoiles is featured a lot, he isn't really "understood". He's often seen fighting but we aren't given context what for. Which makes him out to be just a setpiece than an actual character. I think it's pretty depressing that the reason he started running (to try and bring the island together) has been forgotten. I remember his plan to do cultures nights every week with the qsmp members was so sweet and really spoke to the core of what qsmp was supposed to be about.

I'm really sorry this is still happening, :((((( it's honestly crazy how people still haven't learned. Don't worry you're completely understandable here, your english is pretty good!

I want just share my thoughts about the QSMP Story video.

A little warning : This is just my opinion like a little someone and I don't mean harms at all the people have make the animation. The arts, musics and montage at incredible, this not problem. But it have something have work me since yesterday night and I want share here.

So the the animation called the "QSMP STORY" cover just the 1st part of QSMP (between the beginning and the arrived of the second batch of es & en CCs in august. It means unfortunately the lores of the french and we don't see at all the koreans.

So we see the frenchies in the animation but the end the message about them sound (and a rapid mention at bird duo and it would be the only mentions about the frenchies and any relationship they had with others islanders). But the the message sound like me kinda "The frenchies are arrived by crash plane they have got an egg called Pomme. They have participed at some cultural events and q!Baghera and q!Etoiles have be candidate at the presidential election" and that's all. We doesn't have any mention of q!Baghera quitting the election by kill herself and lost her last presidential life. Pomme's nightmares or her shooting and kill by accident q!Foolish and make him lost his last presidential life. Not either any emotion of Codebreakers, Furryduo or the relation of both of the frenchies and of course, nothing about their lores and all of that in the end feel like they was just like some secondary character that wasn't important at the big lore when this not truth and I'm sure that the people have make the video doesn't mean like that but yeah, in the end and at least for me it feel like that.

Also, it have make me remember the reasons of why many of us in the FR QSMP have really complicated feelings about the servor (and even for some really hostiles.

And this is also why I stay in the QSMP fandom cause I want make sure that the frenchies wouldn't be forget and thought like just like a detail in the history of QSMP (after is truth I'm much more q!Aypierre oriented) even if, I feel in the moment like that, is seems like futile cause we are not big enough for make us listen.

In conclusion, I hope if they make a part 2 the organistors would invite some french speakers artists or at least the ones among the non FR know well the french CCs or they would at least, ask informations at the people have the adventures of the frenchies on Quesadilla Island. Also, don't forget about the koreans.

AU where the French qsmp lore tension bubble finally pops, not because Baghera finds old files on Antoine’s past experiments or Ayrobot finally stops hiding and outright confronts them as his hatred grows too much to contain, but because Antoine gets drunk as fuck one night and tells Pomme every single one of the federation secrets because she’s gods favorite princess and can do no wrong and then Pomme just has to break the news to her parents herself
