You have such a big brain. You just reminded me that v2 Eclipse DID say that!!! He told New Moon his brother would die in his arms! (Or was it specifically he said Sun will die in his arms?)

But something else I just remembered, in a lot of series I like (especially underdog tragedy stories, or stopping the end of the world, or just defying fate) usually there's a big thing on prophecies. The thing about them, is they can be changed depending on interpretation and context. Or sometimes you have to just plan for the after.

Like what if Nexus is being all emo and angsty and disowning everyone because if he doesn't have any brothers they can't die in his arms? He lost Solar but did the prophecy apply to only him? LMAO what if???

I'm so hyped for the angst because no matter how much Nexus disowns and acts like he despises Sun if Sun still calls him brother then Sun can still die in his brother's arms 😂

I will add this could also be one of those big circle accidentally self fulfilling prophecies. Like could you imagine Eclipse v2 was just making things up so he'd listen but Nexus in his paranoia accidentally caused it to happen? That would be poetic irony.

In Omniscient Readers Viewpoint, Kim Dokja became the demon king of salvation to save his companions and was forced to fight them. He has a prophecy against him and made plans to survive around it but said plan only worked because he has so much knowledge about things and could survive past death. (He couldn't stop the prophecy he still died by his most loved one's hands LMAO) it's such a great arc. He had to become a constellation and demon king but still couldn't avoid his human death.

In Good Omens, the boy who was titled the antichrist and given reality altering powers didn't want to destroy the world. He changed the literal fate of the world by disowning Satan as his father. His words and desires became reality even if it was nonsense, so when Satan showed up he said "you aren't my dad" and his will became reality and bam no more antichrist no more end of the world.

I could see this go both ways in tsams honestly.

I was scrolling through your blog looking for cool theories and speculation and just saw something neat you were mentioning a bit ago. It has to do with Nexus spiral and his descent into madness when they did the simulation for "what if Nexus was good"

I think you're totally cooking with the idea no one knows his spiral started at the idea of Sun dying. Ever since he started spiraling something he said over and over again was "I don't know what's real"

What do you think would be the thing to snap Nexus back into reality? He actually showed moments of regretting shooting star power at Earth and cried in agony when he couldn't try to use BloodMoon to bring back Solar. He only went with Dark Sun because in his mind he's effectively lost everything and he was the one to throw everything away.

I think he's genuinely one big cry for help but the cry is to please make him face reality. What do you think? If people knew the entire spiral was because he's to scared to face the possibility he's in a world where Sun died instead of Solar do you think it would change anything?

How does one get help figuring out what is and isn't real?

You're asking really good questions.. and it makes me believe even more that Nexus in some way doesn't want go near Sun or kidnap him or anything because he's scared that he'll kill him..

Because I think that since V2 Eclipse (that one with the star) told him that Sun will die because of him.. he's scared that he'll be the cause of Sun's death.. and maybe he wanted Sun to hate him so he could be at safe distance from him?

I think that when something will happen to Sun.. it is then when Nexus will realize what he's done..

Or that's what I think..
