Cadance and Shining Armor's family!!! I LOVED designing them :333 Cadance is the descendant of Empress Amore, who was the previous ruler of the Crystal Empire before it vanished. She obtained her wings from bringing love to her village and defeating a witch. Cadance was soon adopted by her aunts Celestia and Luna, studying in the castle. She would always foalsit Twilight, the two instantly becoming friends. Once the Crystal Empire was brought back and Sombra was defeated, she took over as Empress to spread love and joy to the Crystal Gazellians.
Shining Armor is Twilight and Spike's older brother. He studied and worked under the Canterlot Military when he was around 15, officially becoming an officer at 18. Though, he had to leave for an important mission. He always writes to Twilight during his leave, but his notes had become more distant as time passed. Twilight finally gets a new note from him when he was marrying Cadance. He had been trapped in the unknown cave system when Chrysalis took over as him during their wedding, but everything worked out in the end! Now, he's the Captain of the Crystal Empire's Guards as well as the King.
The two had twin girls: Flurry Heart and Cupid Strings. Flurry Heart was a little more rebellious than her reserved sister. Flurry dreamed of going on adventures like her Auntie Twilight, often sneaking out of her room or leaving to visit Twilight in Canterlot. Cupid Strings wanted to take up as the Goddess of Love after her mother's passing, though she's easily terrified and skittish, often distrusting of outsiders. Though, her sister finds ways to make her more confidant and expressive.
