Crown to symbolize grandiosity and feelings of superiority.
Patches to represent how narcissists have to recover from crashes and how we have to constantly "patch up" our fragile ego from any threat to it.
Broken mask for how the egos of pwNPD is a front to cope with our severely fragile egos and self-esteem, but it's cracked and broken because the mask might not always be so efficient.
I put a broken heart to symbolize our fragile ego and poor self-esteem too!!
And of course, a daffodil to reference Narcissus!!
I can’t draw, but I wanted to try and design a histrionic plushie dreadful bunny, so here’s some ideas for one if anyone wants to use them:
-Interchangeable tragedy and comedy masks to represent feelings of having to act out to make others like/notice you and being easily suggestible, changing opinions and viewpoints to maximise attention
-Spotlight barrettes on the ears—One that lights up to represent desire to be the centre of attention, and one that’s cracked and broken to represent feelings of anxiety/inadequacy when not the centre of attention
-Clown collar to represent how the disorder can cause you seek attention in ways that appear silly, annoying and/or irrational to neurotypicals
-Vacant expression to represent feelings of emptiness/fear of being ignored and/or forgotten

I'm posting this here, but if you're planning on buying a plush from the company, Plushie Dreadfuls, anytime soon. Maybe don't. The creator, American Mcgee, was found to have said this in the official discord just recently.
When approached by a member of the server saying, "You shouldn't say that" in a reasonable manner, this is how he reacted.
In an aggressive manner.
