Recently I have slowly grown frustrated with my work , and in turn , my worth because of it. A lot of complicated things are going on in my life and as a result , I have grown too tired to work on anything. I want to change that.
I want to continue to improve my art so I'm working on the longest project I have ever made. A 20 style challenge of fandoms I enjoy !
This is the WIP I have so far ( Panty and Stocking were surprisingly the easiest and MLP , SONIC AND FNF WERE HELL qwq )
THE SKETCH IS FINALLY DONE OMG!!!
This behemoth of a drawing took months to finish due to school or unfortunate bed rotting but I gave myself a compromise by making rules for this challenge
1. I can’t quit halfway through a drawing until I finish the drawing I started. Only then can I take a break. If its really too much then I can take a two day break to work on something else ( youtube , writing , sketchbook art , ect )
2. I want to start to break away from using bases as often as I do , so I’m limiting how often I can trace. I’m allowed to trace certain body limbs that are from bases/references as long as it isn’t another artist’s work and if it is I need to credit them. I can also trace only if I have attempted to draw it numerous times.
3. I can be creative with my online persona’s design as long as it’s within the logic of the show/game.
4. The most important one : Never forget the main reason behind the challenge. To reignite your passion for art , and to expand your artistic skill !

Truth be told , I had such a hard time working on it. I had to do TONS of art studies and this is my first attempt at trying to stray away from base usage. Especially when it came to Sailor Moon and Splatoon ( omg working on Splatoon was a NIGHTMARE )
I now know my artistic strengths , weaknesses , and things I have to work on for future projects. This was such a positive experience and I can’t wait to work on more drawings !
To anyone thats apart of these fandoms and can draw in their styles , how accurate are my versions and do you have any advice for me. Any insight is greatly appreciated ! ヽ(｡>▽<｡)ﾉ
