Today I have wrote the first termination letter to one of my team employees. It was extremely bad moment. I tried my best to be kind and nice as much as possible, but at the end of the day it's a termination email so I know that there is no way to avoid the negative impact. I am truly sure that it was the right decision but I don't know why I am feeling that bad and about to cry.

I think only the ISFJs directors will relate 😭
