Personally I don't think the show would be the same if sun died during the October takeover, only because theirs multiple versions of eclipse, moon, and lunar throught the show that live in sun and moons dimension but none of sun (eclipse doesn't count cause of solar, and technically dark sun doesnt live in that demension) and the show kinda has been basing itself off of the fact sun only gets tramua and has to deal with survivers guilt
