Observation Drawing - Tumblr Posts

More observation of my surroundings ! Made in approximately 1h30 (1h of observation and then I fixed it there and there to finish it) I made this one instead of listening to whatever the hell the teacher was talking about. I’m probably going to regret it. In fact I regret it already lmao

6/100 a nice try of civilization. it’s partly rainy today, so I hid at the balcony to draw. idk why the roofs make me so frustrated sometimes it could be a funny type of acrophobia
I joined (and I’m so happy about it!) the 3-materials-drawing-challenge hosted by @/kathryn_boyt, @/charlotte.durance and @/naomitippingillustrator. the aim is to draw every day for a 100 days from life using just 3 materials and for no more than 30 minutes.
materials: a ‘light prawn’ Copic, a ‘Prussian blue’ Copic and wine (?? can’t read the name of the color, it’s so dirty) Neocolor.

7/100 a common land
it’s been a whole week since I’ve joined the 3-materials-drawing-challenge hosted by @/kathryn_boyt, @/charlotte.durance and @/naomitippingillustrator. we draw every day for a 100 days from life using just 3 materials and for no more than 30 minutes.
materials: an orange Copic, a blue oil pastel by Sennelier and a pencil from Faber castell.

9/100 feel like drawing trees for a while. the funniest thing happened to me while I was drawing: I sat on the balcony to draw, made the first layer with a Copic, put it aside, and soon it was gone! I never left the balcony, I never heard anything fall, it was just gone. I’m not even angry with that, I’m just sorta confused and feel that my dead ones are playing some games with me (also suspecting pigeons as their crime partners (メ` ロ ´))

I made a sketchbook tour!! This baby’s the reason I’ve been so busy! I really tried to make it cohesive without compromising the foundational idea of a sketchbook. Every sketchbooks gotta have some bad pages in it, it adds character. Anyway I hope y’all enjoy
