worth reading the whole thing not for ed sheeran specifically but for the media literacy exercise just because something makes you feel righteously outraged doesn't mean it is true in fact if it makes you feel righteously outraged off a headline there's probably a very good chance that it is not true or at least exaggerated or deliberately spun towards a particular bias
