Nanami x Ino: routine headcanons

Morning

Waking up for them two is a race, a rivalry on who will wake up first to make breakfast and take care of the other. Nanami usually succeeds, waking up earlier, making sure Ino is well covered and warm before going to the kitchen to prepare a rich and nutritious breakfast for them to start the day with energy. He is a bit awkward with it at first but he eventually started bringing small meals to the bed, like toasted bread and coffee for Ino, before they can move to the table where more things are waiting for them, such as omelette, cereal, jams, croissants, etc. He wakes him up with gentle touches on his shoulder and a smile. Takuma sees him with his sleepy and blurry eyes and instinctively smiles, grabbing his cup. When Ino is able to beat him and wake up earlier, which is difficult if you think about Kento's punctuality, he does his best to please him as well, but in his own, simpler and more carefree way. He usually toasts bread and puts on praline spread on it to serve with coffee. Nanami doesn't hide his concern about too much sugar, but he actually loves the care he gets even if it's a bit simpler and not as healthy as what he makes himself. He smiles tenderly and presses his lips against Ino's forehead to thank him. Regardless of who makes breakfast, they spend some minutes resting on each other and sipping their coffee, before they get prepared to go to work.

Midday - early afternoon

Hopefully the days in Jujutsu high pass peacefully without missions. That's what Nanami hopes, because he prefers spending peaceful lunch breaks with Ino, talking to him while enjoying his bento. They always prepare their lunch from the previous day together. Ino also has fun when this happens, but he always hopes for missions they will share so that they can kick butts together. He is always impatient to show Nanami his skills and improvement, because he admires him greatly, and his approval means a lot for him. Sometimes he even pulls his arm and asks him how he was with excitement. If no one is around, Nanami pulls him in a kiss and reassures him that he's doing amazing.

Later afternoon

They finish work at 6pm, most of the times. Whenever they don't work overtime, Nanami is very relieved. After they got in a relationship, he always invites Ino for a beer or a sandwich, or both. They walk to parks or just sit in the car, relaxing before they can return home. Kento sneaks a hand under his beanie and runs his fingers in his silky dark hair, before gently pulling him for a quick kiss, careful so no one acquainted to them sees that and starts gossips (especially Gojo). Then, he starts the car and they head home. There, they take showers and change to homewear, so that they can finally wind down from the intense and tiring hours of work. They have a quick snack before they get ready to cook dinner and snuggle in front of the TV.

Evening

The sofa awaits for them the moment their shows start. They watch various things, from crime series to realities, not really that seriously, more as an excuse to cuddle and ease their minds from all the responsibilities. With them they take their dinner, cooked or ordered and some wine. Ino usually rests on Kento's lap and comments on the shows, idly. Nanami gently applies a finger on his mouth and hushes him, light-heartedly. He smiles and holds his hand giving it a light kiss, and then grabbing some food, and pulling his soft blanket to his stomach.

Nighttime

Whenever it's not Friday or Weekend, they have to go to bed early. Nanami doesn't really want to show it, but he can become a bit whiny for having to close his book to sleep, because he has to work, it's well known how he dislikes work and his compulsory schedule about it, but he has Takuma who reminds him that they have to do their best and succeed, and how he admires his perfection. He chuckles and tells him that he's not as perfect as he thinks of him, but thanks him for the support, taking him in his arms and kissing him goodnight. Ino kisses his forehead as his fingers push his blond hair out of his face and whispers goodnight and that he loves him in his ear. Kento covers them well and shifts for comfort, replying that he also loves him in a sigh. Despite the whining, they both fall asleep easily, after their tiring full days.
