“So, here I am, sitting at today’s desk, monitoring the frenzied chaos of numbers on my dual-screen setup as I watch Tanya shake her waist back around the counter after placing my quad espresso with two pumps of sugar free vanilla and one long pump of sugary sweet cinnamon at my table. The world of stocks is my domain and anywhere I mount iPads is my playground. Today I find myself explaining my world to my cousin Mark, a budding economist, 'Mark, just imagine it as your telemarketing job, sell the market to yourself.'
‘What?’ Mark questioned
The analogy got away from me, but I didn’t say a word. Instead, I took another sip of my cold, forgotten coffee, laughed, and began to weave the jargon-filled life of a trader into something Mark could digest. 'Tell the market, we telemarket, see Mark, we mark ‘em quick.' He chuckled, shaking his head. I continued, 'You drive a hard bargain, don’t discard it, Marx would spark it slick.' Marx, he knew, Economics 101, right?
My tactics were simple - and from what I’ve learned it’s the simplest of methods that prove successful. I mean hey, you just have to do three things well. Buy. Sell. Repeat. It's a slick market, and you gotta be just as slick. He nodded, understanding creeping into his eyes. I went on, speaking about how some take leaps of faith, buy that 'ticket to the top' and sometimes drop it as quick as a hot potato - or as Mark likes to say, 'pot-ah-to.'
I vividly recall his laughter echoing from his empty sublet office, the glow of the screens illuminating from the game room next door. From talking the thrilling highs of a 'stock throttle' to the grim reality of a market crash, it was a strange and oddly therapeutic session. Looking back, I realize that this seemingly mundane day became the genesis of my lyrical journey into the world of stocks."

This is my “Iwa goes to Karasuno instead” AU and is secretly dating Seijoh’s captain. It’s a revamp of an older piece with the change of Iwa at Nekoma to Karasuno instead cause I think Iwa and Karasuno’s dynamic would be cute lol.
