What mushroom is artificer
Definitely something poisonous!
My initial reaction was to go for most deadly mushroom in the world- The Death Cap (Amanita phalloides)
But the colouration doesn’t really fit, so probably not. There is always the Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria), which is a poisonous red mushroom, but… it’s this one lol: 🍄
the pop culture surrounding that Mushroom is too cheerful for our favourite murderous girlie pop, so that’s also a no.
I think the Satan’s Bolete (Rubroboletus satanas) could fit pretty well, being poisonous, and partially red, however there is one mushroom that I think works best.
The Poison Fire Coral (Trichoderma cornu-damae) mushroom!
It’s entirely bright red, is poisonous even to the touch which is very rare for a mushroom, causes horrific and violent symptoms, and has fire in the name! Perfect for Arti, if you ask me.

What mushroom Is gourmand??
My brain went straight to King Bolete (Boletus edulis), no questions asked. The King Bolete is edible, widely considered choice edible and is used in various gourmet recipes. (Like Gourmand and his crafting!) It’s also HUGE, the caps can be up to 40cm in diameter!
Gourmand being a colony leader, the “king” fits pretty well in my opinion!

Normal Hunter was a little trickier, the best I could come up with so far is the pink oyster (Pleurotus djamor) mushroom- it’s pink, and unlike most mushrooms, you can grow it yourself! (Just like Sig grew Hunter)

For Hunter long legs I knew right away what I wanted to do, although it’s more for the rot then him- Cordyceps!
Cordyceps is a parasitic fungi that takes over the bodies of insects, turning them into zombies. It was the inspiration for The Last Of Us, and is… somewhat disturbing.

Ooh what mushroom is rivulet?!
Okay, I didn’t get super creative with this one lol- I think Rivulet would be the Psathyrella aquatica mushroom- an incredibly rare type of mushroom, an aquatic one!
It fruits underwater, and as far as I’m currently aware, have only been found in a short stretch of one particular river. They also have gills, so… kinda like Rivulet? The river they’re found in has cold, fast flowing water. (Rivulet’s speed reference?)

I initially thought of the Inky Cap (Coprinopsis atramentaria) mushroom, since it dissolves into a pure black ink when it decomposes, but then I had another idea- A bioluminescent fungi!
Most bioluminescent fungi are light in colour when they are not glowing, so the most fitting one I could think of is the Lilac Bonnet (Mycena pura) mushroom! It isn’t the brightest of glowing fungi, but it is still considered bioluminescent, so it works!

What shroom would Survivor or Monk be?
Survivor is the white button (Agaricus bisporus) mushroom for sure. I hate to do this to my boy Viv but the white button mushroom is basic. It’s the most commonly cultivated mushroom and you can buy them in supermarkets literally anywhere. They are grown in large colonies (Viv came from a colony right), white button mushrooms are also edible and I know for sure that Viv is because SO MANY LIZARDS ATE ME WHEN I TRIED TO PLAY HIM and uh. They’re white. They’re the most typical mushroom ever. Sorry Viv.

As for Monk, I gotta go for the golden chanterelle. They’re yellow, and choice edible (they won’t kill you) (pacifist moment???) they have also been described as sweet so there’s that. Golden chanterelles are symbiotic w conifer trees and fruit in small clusters (colony tree??? Getting along with others???) They are also a beginner mushroom and a very common starter for people getting into foraging. They’re not as basic as the white button mushrooms, but they are sorta basic in the foraging side of things. Well known and well liked!

This one was… hard.
I could go for a beautiful green mushroom, I could go for a winter mushroom, I could go for a velvet mushroom… but tragically there aren’t any that are all three. (That I know of)
It’s weak, but the best I could come up with was the death cap (Amanita phalloides) mushroom. It’s the most deadly mushroom in the world, responsible for approximately 90% of mushroom-related deaths. (That’s supposed to reference Saint and their ascension if it wasn’t clear lol), also the death cap is sorta green? I tried 😭

Has spearmaster been mushroomed yet?
Nope, (although have said what mushroom I’m gonna do) but they are about to be! For this one, I went for purely aesthetics. I basically had no other comparisons, but the spotted violet court too perfect for Spears. The only thing I could sort of find is that the spores are a rusty colour, which reminded me of Spearmaster’s pearl, and the stems are often a lighter purple than the cap and tend to have a bulbous base which reminded me of their spears. Anyways, just look and you’ll see why I chose this mushroom:
