Fantastic Kabuterimon cosplay. Pity there's no way to make the lower arms do anything but copy the motions of the upper arms, but even that is pretty awesome.

Not sure if robotic (which is sort of cheating) but it gives off a great Shadowrun vibe. Four thumbs up.
