Cellbit is definitely not the most reliable narrator of himself right now. Considering the literal visible tunnel vision. I genuinely don't believe him when he says every moment he wasn't killing he was fighting himself. I think that's what he was scared was happening yes, but he was doing good for a long time, even when he was triggered by things he never lashed out. It's not exactly easy to give yourself credit when you've recently relapsed though.

Tomorrow is gonna be one scary game of chance, methinks. I've been suspecting it for a while, but we can confirm now that this "Cucurevil" is going to be one of those death-game villains. Between the roulette wheel and the rolling of the dice for tickets, I think this is going to be a "bet your life" event or to gamble to win the lives of the eggs. Further, why else would Dapper say "Nothing is off the table, run over whoever you need to WIN." Islanders be prepared, I think Cucurevil is a lot scarier than we understand yet.

I started work on this when the lore AIRED…ITS TAKEN SO LONG 😭
And if I say that this was my least favorite egg death will I be called a little hater?
Something something “it’s for the lore” something something “the admins know what they’re doing”….Empanada and Ramon kept going back into the fight to the point where they were practically asking to die. I’m not surprised Em died, I’m just a little frustrated that’s the way she lost her first life. It felt a little railroad-y and boring. I respect the admins. Love the admins. This is just annoying and frustrating to have happen. Shoutouts to Bagi tho her vocal acting was insane when Em died.
Its the same when Etoiles had his armor deleted via commands. When admins need things to happen for lore reasons, they can have a tendency to railroad it into happening. Thus, the stakes they attempt to raise becomes a frustration rather than a moment to remember. When you have fights where the admins straight up say "you aren't meant to win this, we will do anything to make you loose", its frustrating to watch.
I love the admins and respect them, but they make creative choices I disagree with at times. Like all stories they deserve to be critiqued as well as praised. This is a moment where we critique. I hope my criticisms aren't going to be brushed off as "being a hater", I really do mean to provide insight to why I feel the way I do and how to improve the storytelling in the future.
The other egg deaths were impactful BECAUSE they were preventable. And if they weren't, they were restored. I just don't understand why they would script killing an egg for no reason other than, stakes I guess? I'm trying to have faith this wasn't just a stupid narrative move and maybe egg admins are trying to cook rn 😭 🙏🙏
