Cold fact : 80's Skeletor would absolutely annihilate 2018 Horde Prime AND his army.

Drew Skeletor with glitter gel pens. On the left, he is a formidable hordesman from the Dark Dimension who has forged a rebel leader's bones into a sword and used their skull as a staff topper.
On the right, Skeletor has since betrayed Hordak to try to gain control of Eternia. Hordak tried to decapitate Skeletor with a buzzsaw for this, but cut off his staff's skull instead. Skeletor ended up replacing it with the skull of Goat Man, a minion of Beast Man, during a war for control of Snake Mountain.
After demonstrating his ability to seize and control Snake Mountain, he offered to give the evil warriors who fought him for it access to some of its powers and secrets in exchange for absolute loyalty. He also killed Panthor's mom and made her into a fur cape, gaining a cute kitty as an unexpected result.
King Mer-Man and his mighty aquatican warriors Clawful and Inkor! Mer-Man was convinced the magical secrets of Snake Mountain could make him the true king of Eternia, but he ended up losing against Skeletor and disgracing himself in the eyes of his people.
Inkor is an OC made for this premise, an aquatican swashbuckler that sprays ink to blind opponents and can color change for ambushes or getaways. This power allows Inkor to escape when Mer-Man loses to Skeletor.
His action features would be bendy arms similar to Sssqueeze as well as color-change plastic (purple parts turn orange in response to heat).
