Hello. Long time no post, and that's on me. Since this week the Miraculous final season's finale become a year old, I wanted to tell my oppinion about it... If you havent seen it, that's on you, but obviously, spoiler than... (Keep it in mind, time of now, the last M.Word; London, At the Edge of time did not come out yet...)

So, the main thing I wanted to discuss is Gabriel and his ✨Wish✨.

First; I liked this ending (I know many did not). I felt belivable... First problem of mine, hearing Gabriel got redeemed... He did not, in my book. Yes, he got the Wish, and said to be a hero. But disect this a bit....

He was looked at as a hero, because Ladybug said he was one. Not neceserly because she liked Gabriel, but she tried to save Adrien from the pain and abuse or negative feedback he would get for his father being a supervillain. And Ms. Tsurugi supported this lie. The seria did not made him a hero, they gave characters reasons to lie about it, so he looks like one

I think Gabriel is more of an antagonistic anti-hero, than neceserly a supervillain. Think about it; yes, he endangered peaple, but never directly tried to harm anybody. And even if he did; he was aware that he can do anything back. He had no evil intentions, and while this concept can't be translated well to reality -since here there's no reset button- he thought of these things as reversable casulties, so, despite being a bit neglect about who he harms, he rarely went for a kill, and in his word, he could have do that back...kinda. And if he failed, the MLB fixed everything, so.... No harm done.

His change of heart wasn't out of nowhere. We know he is heavely influenced by Emillie, so hearing her was a belivable change. And he still got the Miraculous. He did not changed what he belived, but he changed how he wanted to end this. And it was in a belivable way. He wasn't malicious, he even offered Bug noire to make the Whish... He did not wanted to cause bad, he just wanted to reach a goal, so he did. Remind you, he had the Cat Miraculous 🐈‍⬛, he could have Cataclysmed Marinette, but he did not.

Lastly, he kinda had to. Yes, he could have simply not get Cataclysmed... But he was dieing, so was Nathalie and his wife was kinda already dead. And oke, it was cute and nice of Marinette to encourage him to find alternative ... But heck, he did not had an alternative, death and loosing your family is not something you could solve... Best, handle emotionally, but that can't really be considered a "sollution" in a word of superpowers... So, here, I kinda had to say, yeah, he was in the right to try to make something....

A bit of sidetrack before my next topic; you vould say "But he messed up in evo, not giving himshelf the pendrive!!!" Yes, true, but consider; in Cat blank, Bunnix senced a change in ~4 years , they would have noticed a ~14 year change, so the heroes -whoes also have time travel at the time- coupld have change it... But if he took their Miraculous, he could have made the Wish... Yes, it was a risk not paying off, but having the messed up time travel not-mechanics the show has, it's not necesarly a stupid idea...

My other point is, many claims he wasn't a good father, he shouldn't ask Marinette to try make Adrien remember him as one... Well... I would say, it's not true;

First, and foremost, spoiler, but Adrien is possibly a Sentibeing. I agree, he should had have any rights to freedome. But sentibeing are considered kinda fragile, as can be controlled or snapped away. Adding Gabriel overprotective nature over his loved ones, of course he sheltered his son

Yes, he was strickt, but consider the previous point, plus, he usually changed his mind; he let Adrien go to the picknic, the musical festival on Anarcha's ship, he could go to New York.... Even when Adrien run away to watch his mother's movie, he did not punished him, but sit with him and watched his copy with him (as we learn from the episode, Adrien did not even asked him in the first place)

Maybe I'm wrong, but I do not remember akumatizing peaple who targeted Adrien directly. Style queen comes to mind, but her target was Gabriel at the first place, and he deeply regreted it, almost giving up the whole thing.... Also, I have the asumption, he did not akumatized Adrien, becsuse he was vorried he might got Cataclysmed.... Think about it: he only did it, when he learned he was Cat noir, so he won't cataclysm himshelf, or when he would wear an Aliance ring, so he could give him Resistance,which would make him imperviou to the power... Aso-also, when he senced his negative emotions, he tried to discuss it... Given it was resultless, but he did tried.

He tried to make him and Kagami a pair, despite his will, but again; consider, he never forced his will on Adrien to do so. Yes, he tried to ban him from Marinette, but he never actually forced him to do anything with Kagami, despite his will. That wpuld be a topic of it's own, but I try zo make it short. If my interpretatoon is correct, he saw Adrien as a being made from the concept/idea of perfection. And, as such, of course any human would want him, as Adrien being literally "perfect" (for Marinette too). But a senti-being, such as Kagami (supposadly) would understand his existence, and as a senti, she was kinda made perfect as well... They literally were "made for ea h other"... And why would Adrien deserve less?

Last thing, I belive he belived that he does the best for Adrien too. Yes, sometimes he should have ask him, because he should have his say in it... But sometimey he choosed to decide insted of him... Partially was right, because he had the bigger picture, and many times was wrong, since he shouldn't decide on a fate of others... But, as I interpretate the end of the episode, I have a theory; at the end, he wished to fulfill Adrien's desires or Wish, and he sacrificed his own Wish

So, in concludion;

I feel Gabriel wasn't redeemed, and I strongly disagree with saying his was or should have been a hero. He is said to be one, which is in my book a completly different thing, because many things can be said without being truthful. But he had a goal, nobel or not, you decide, and he was faithful to it. He did it to help the ones he loved, and did not intended harm, as he saw any dammage as reversable. He wasn't always a good person or dad, but he tried to be one, on many occasion (sometimes failing, sometimes succseding).

So, was it a good conclusion of the story? If it's "good" or not, you decide,but I feel it was belivable, and I enjoyed it🙂

how I would rewrite Felix and his relationships with Adrian and Kagami!

for my miraculous rewrite, i thought to write Felix as a cold boy and never knew how to show his emotions, he grew up never trusting anyone who tried to get close to his family, because every time he ended up being someone who only liked them for their status and their wealth.

Adrian was like a brother, but he never admitted it, Adrian admires his maturity a lot, but Felix is ​​always cold with him. When the akumatized appear, Amelie decides to move to the Agrest mansion to spend more time with Adrian and Gabriel, worrying about both of them. Slowly Felix would find out that Gabriel is Monarch (this would be during the third season) and he would have a hard time trusting Adrian's friends and would prefer to study at home, but Adrian convinces him to join a school, and he is placed in the same school as Kagami.

He discovers that at this point in the story the two would be together and he doesn't trust her very much and starts to keep an eye on her, and Adrian's friends. But slowly he realizes that they genuinely care about him, including Chloe who has stopped chasing him and has become less obnoxious.

He would discover that Gabriel is Monarch but would not tell Adrian as he would know that his cousin would have a fit, instead he begins to infiltrate the league of villains that Monarch has created out of the citizens of Paris who genuinely care about him for various reasons. Felix decides to accept being part of this group to further investigate Gabriel's motivations, finds out about Maiura and about the ancient peacock miraculous holder and about the miraculous being damaged.

After Natallie becomes ill, Monarch fixes the miraculous and after a few missions of Felix getting close enough to the heroes to know some of their weaknesses he thinks he was worthy of the miraculous (that and in case the miraculous is still damaged, he wouldn't have to be the one to be affected).

By the way, Felix's mission would be because a little before he joined them, Felix would have already interacted with some of the heroes, having become interested in Chat Noir and even having stayed close to Ryuko with both carrying a sense of protection for what they care about (meaning Adrian)he wouldn't know yet that she was Kagami.

because of his closeness and Ryuko and chat noir both trusting him even though he wasn't a hero, he was a "perfect spy". Monarch gives the peacock miraculous which immediately seemed to resonate with him, Duusu immediately saw potential in it, but also a pain and guilt, and Felix kind of didn't know how to treat the Kawami until the two got to know each other and discovered that the butterfly's Kawami wasn't very good, betrayed by Monarch.

The two were close, and Felix served the same as Maiura did, creating sentimonsters for the villains of the week, but mainly for the villains who were part of this group of villains formed by the Monarch. The closer he got to knowing Monarch's motivations, the more the villain discovered his intentions, and at that point, he would have created a more powerful version of the akuma that could control the mind of the akumatized without the possibility for them to fight against (before that, he only gave the powers to the akumatized and gave them orders by manipulating them, now this is basically mind control or brainwashing!) after discovering that he was Felix, she takes him to Ladybug and Chat Noir, he tells them everything he knows and it shakes Adrian who runs away.

this makes Felix realize that it was his cousin and that he should tell him everything privately. And after explaining that the peacock miraculous is the reason Natallie is sick and his mother is dead and that this is because the miraculous was damaged, it makes Adrian horrified and paranoid every time he sees the other heroes, who he sees as family, on dangerous missions, from which they might get hurt, every end of a mission he would immediately check their miraculous to make sure nothing happened.

He would have nightmares every night because of it, his fear of losing people he cares about, Verparion and Carapace will already reveal their identities, so he would be super worried about his friends, and Ladybug was the person he admired the most, someone who gave him confidence and courage, he was afraid of losing her! but he can't simply explain what's going on, he cares about the well being of others, but not his. At that point, he would have taken Felix to hide with Master Fu, who would teach him more about the miraculous he didn't know, and stay out of Monarch's sight as he knew he would hunt him down.

Kagami would visit him as Ryuko, and kind of their romance would start like this, at this point in the story, she and Adrian would have formally ended because she knew that Adrian would be happier with Marinette who he always smiles around her while with her his smile was happy but not in the same way he smiles with her. So she would kind of spend more time with Felix, trying to convince him to be more open about his emotions and how he feels about Adrian.

sorry if it was too much… I just find Felix very interesting, but with very mixed motivations. I just like his character and decided to do a rewrite on his character.

By the way, all heroes are permanent and not temporary! the Kawamis who choose them, and they who make the decision whether or not to reveal their identities for any reason but only between themselves and Master Fu! so some of them will know the identity of some, it's not mandatory for them not to know each other's identity!

Redesign of Adrien and Chat Noir for the deed, Miraculous Heroes.

I changed Adrian's outfit because it was, honestly, generic. He now follows a more formal style that fits both his father's personality and his career as a model. If you look closely, the collar of the jacket has the symbol of an "A", being the brand of the clothing line Agreste.

This Adrian is more reserved and quiet at the beginning of the rewrite, he didn't know how to interact with other teenagers his age, much less how to act like one. His style would change throughout the story with the positive influence of his friends, encouraging him to choose his own style. As much as he hates being a model, he loves his father too much to ask him to stop, and he also always has an interest in free styles and different from his father's.

He is never the one who chooses what he wears, always being just Gabriel or Natalie, Chloe and Felix are the only people his age he spends time with, and for that, he prefers to keep to himself, not knowing how to act since Chloe acts as if she were superior and Felix is ​​too closed to interact with other people.

He would not be able to attend the first day of school, but he would be present during the first appearance of an akumatized who he would try to help some people close to him, disobeying Natalie's orders and attracting the interest of Plagg who would immediately spot him and choose him as his holder.

As Chat Noir, I gave him a hood with cat ears, long, full sleeves, a vest with a green line and two holes in the sides, and a long belt that serves as a tail. Underneath the vest is a dark green skintight outfit with green triangles on the shoulders and green flourishing claw marks on the corner of the waist. His baggy pants go down to his cat paw-shaped boots (which contain green lines) the pants contain a similar division as the sleeves that go from black to dark green with details of green rays.

Chat Noir still has cataclysm, but he also has night vision, great hearing, agility, balance, and an ability called seven lives. Nine lives is one of his weaknesses, he cannot be seriously injured, that's because, even if the heroes receive a certain amount of resistance when they transform, they can still feel the pain of battles and even hurt themselves. And, while Ladybug has a lucky effect, Chat Noir has an unlucky effect, that is to say that he has much more chance of getting hurt or getting something wrong.

And Isis includes him being easily injured during battles. Therefore, the nine lives serves as a way to give him resistance, and just as Ladybug can give some of her luck to others, she can give some of her extra lives to others as well. And no, he doesn't die if he runs out of nine lives, he just becomes unconscious and he destransforms.

So that would be his version of the countdown for him to untransform (all heroes would have after a long time using their powers). He still has his staff, and the baton would serve as a communicator and shapeshifter like in canon, but he uses the staff to perform various tricks with it during battles.

Another thing I forgot to mention, the bells on his wrists are retractable, he can pull the bells off and throw them at enemies like smoke bomb grenades, but the bells are not destroyed, The smoke comes out of the little bell holes and it's kind of black smoke, it's more used as a form of distraction.

Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this redesign of Adrian and Chat Noir! Next one I'm between Gabriel and Alya, maybe I'll take a poll.

???: Oh, it be! Now, where are my manners? My name is Genesis Virtud! Queen Genesis Virtud, Sin of Pride and ruler of Hell!

*Genesis grins a sharp smile*

Genesis: People might see you as a hero but that won't save you from your punishment.

Gabriel: Punishment?!

Genesis: Of course! Truly evil people get their just desserts! And you are one of the worst that I have had the unfortunate pleasure to step into my office...

So….I got this game. Instead of working on my other wips, I drew this. Gabriel is very frustrated, Adrien is happy to get to play with the two of them and doesn’t kill anyone and Nathalie finally gets to vent her frustrations in the form of murrrrderrrrrrr

one of the reasons i like felix is becuse i know he was abused and he knew his cousin was abused, they had no autonmy, they were pupets, they were dolls to thieir parents, expected to be like dolls forced to be puppetts.

its also heavily implied that he was physicaly abused, and that his mother was force to mary this afwul violent man for finacial/buisness/contionoing legacy purpose, which hits to close to home.

i already reallllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy loved his charecter before but in the episode where snaps evryone out of existance exept kids like him.

but it's the phrase he says

" we are not monster, they are"

that got me, becuse i used to think i was a monster and not my abusers,not the people who hurt me, not the people who watched and did nothing , ME, i was the monster.

ofc i stoped beliving that before episode aired but it just got me

call themselfs kings and queens, who ruled forcruely for way to long , that a mob came with it brought a guilotine, he was the mob and he was the guilotine and he dances, he sings, he sings and evryone hears the song from a soul who had never had his voice, he sing a melody amoung the noise of the world and finally, after all this time all that reamins is .... quiet . all that reamins is him , his people, and his quiet.
