We are finally at the first of my reviews! I wasn’t originally intending for my reviews to become a recurring thing. I had created this one for a film class where we had watched the movie Metropolis, one of my favorites. When I discovered there was an anime sorta-remake, I watched it. In this video I compare the two. Some people have said I’m too harsh on the anime, but seeing how I’m not usually a fan of anime to begin with... eh. Also, forgive the stuttering, I was still new to this whole reviewing thing, and I wasn’t even intending to upload this on YouTube.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who noticed the resemblance... It took a little while to hit me where I’d seen the trope before though. I seriously just rewatched the movie. So many feels.
