Everytime I think of Blue Pegasus and Loke interacting at any point, it’s always Loke being with Master Bob.

Idk, but Master Bob was the only one who both knew about the abuse and told Karen to stop it.

When Loke does have to interact, he’s always really uncomfortable but tries not to show it.
