He is canonically pretty cruel when he gets into the Rare Hunters, so he's gonna be a little rough with you
Although I can really only see him getting into a relationship after the Rare Hunters and the defeat of his Yami, but even then he's got a lot of trauma thats gonna make him an asshole
He's pretty clingy either way though
Marik is possessive and jealous. He has freedom now and is outside of the tomb he has to guard, and you're part of that freedom
I think it was also pretty common for Marik to see his relatives only get with one person growing up, so he probably thinks he's gonna marry you one day
With that in mind, he's willing to give you anything (possesion wise) so that you'll stay with him
He doesn't like when some people get too close to you, so he'll get snippy until they back away
It's like you have a little guard dog lol
Might bite your neck and shoulders, just cause he feels like it
I personally see him with naturally sharper canines (and Ishizu tbh, it's a genetic thing) so it's guaranteed to leave a mark
I know he has tattoo's/carvings on his back (it varies depending on if you watched the dub or sub, or if you read the original manga) and he does have a lot of trauma and pain from that, so he'll never suggest getting matching tattoo's
If you do have tattoo's, he's gonna ask about how it was, and when he realizes that there's a safe, healthy way to get inked, he's gonna be like "oh...okay"
He still wouldn't do it though, he's been through enough
He doesn't care if you get along with Ishizu, but if you do then he's cool about it. But you have to get along with Odion. That is not an option.
He kinda lost his bond with Ishizu after she claimed the necklace. He clearly didn't wanna be around her, but she still tried very hard to find and save him. But he still cares a lot about Odion
Marik is gonna want a lot of attention, and doesn't understand why you wont give him any attention (I had mentioned earlier that he'd be clingy)
I think he doesn't care about PDA, as long as it doesn't go past hand holding or putting an arm around you. I can't see him being into kisses in general
Makes it very clear to his friends that you're his, so when they come visit they don't try anything funny
Would probably try to propose to you six months into the relationship. He figures you two are already gonna get married so why not trap you speed up the process and get it over with??

He would be the dark magician, and you would either be dark magician girl or celtic guardian (they get shipped the most with dark magcian)
You two probably wouldn't trick or treat, probably just party with your friends while helping grandpa hand out candy
Would kiss you as much as you were comfortable with, because you just look so pretty/handsome to him
He's also grateful that you decided to match with him this year
Takes a shit ton of selfies to remember this moment and to post on his story/social media
Before Halloween, he probably would have spent all of October decorating the shop with you
Would absolutely want to make certain cut out cookies with you, he thinks the ghost ones are cute

He'd go as an Egyptian Pharaoh and would like it if you went as his queen/king, though he wont force you
He wont know what Halloween is about until you tell him, he's just a confused old man lol
He would love being in Pharaoh-like clothing again after so long. He'd proably try tanning the entirity of October, then be confused when there isn't much of a difference.
Help him, he's trying his best lol
Would also help you decorate if you asked, but he'd be asking questions non stop about the meaning of lights and window stickers. He doesn't take "tradition" or "it's fun" as an answer lol
A little annoying, but still wholesome. 8/10.

Seto isn't crazy about Halloween. It's six days after his birthday, that's the only way he remembers the holiday exists every year.
Because he's not crazy about the holiday, he hasn't dressed up for it since his parents were alive
Mokuba still dresses up, and he tries his hardest to get Seto to as well, but it just never happens. You're not an exception, unfortunately
Unless you get a blue eyes white dragon onesie.
He'll go as himself then, and you're his trusty dragon
Otherwise, he won't care about dressing up and will let you go as whatever, so long as its outside of the scandalous range. He's very much in the public eye, remember? He's also a raging virgin, so leave the risque costumes for private time
He'll probably especially enjoy it if you tell him it doubles as a birthday present
Either very funny or very boring. 5/10.

He has such a generic look on horror and monsters in general

You should probably go to a hospital after the party
Halloween with Joey is accidentally lethal. My kind of party. 10/10.

He has 0 creativity when it comes to this, so usually he'll turn to you for costume ideas
Would also be like Joey with the cheesy, overdone costumes
I can really only see him being werewolf and you being little red riding hood
He'd probably get a kick out of that, in multiple ways...
Marik doesn't understand Halloween decorations, but if it makes you happy, he guesses he'll help you put stuff up
Absolutely sneaks candy for himself though
Pretty average Halloween. 5/10.

Absolutely a vampire. No. Shh. Shut up. I am taking ZERO criticism on this one.
He takes it all the way. He's basically a blond, Egyptian dracula lol
He'll probably have you not dress up so he can be the vampire that corrupts you
He takes it a little too far, biting your neck with his fake fangs in
He also sprays fake blood on himself and everywhere else, but you're not entirely sure it's fake blood...
Like Marik, he also sneaks candy for himself, but very openly. He knows you can't do anything to him anyways
Yami Marik will help you put up decorations once he learns just how spooky Halloween is supposed to be
If you were hoping for a cuter Halloween, where children weren't afraid of approaching your house, then kick Yami Marik out until Halloween is over lol
Terrifying Halloween, but a great 'afterparty.' 7/10.

Small Marik Drabble

Notes: I was inspired to do this from that one scene with Jim and Pam from the Office
Marik was your first love
His personality drew you in, the way he dressed drew you in, the way he carried himself, his looks, just...him.
It turned into a sort of "will they wont they?" if you two were going to be a thing. You both liked each other, it was obvious you did, but the actual initiation of a relationship hadn't happened
You were devastated when he turned out to be bad and began hurting your friends
You had decided to abandon anything you could have had with Marik, and focused on beating him to save your friends
Marik wanted so badly to reconcile with you after battle city, but he got scared and went back home without saying anything to you personally
Fast forward some odd years, and you're engaged to Kaiba
You had been dating for some years and your wedding date was around the corner
Marik was back in town since Yugi had told him about the engagement, and the upcoming engagement party. He planned on congratulating both you and Seto at said party
But when he saw you...oh my God, it was like all the feelings he had years prior came rushing back to him. You looked so beautiful doing literally anything, he couldn't keep his eyes off of you
Ishizu tried to talk sense into him, you're getting married to another man, but Marik just wouldn't listen. The heart wants what it wants
Eventually, he did get you alone...
"Anyone told you you look beautiful tonight?" Marik asked as you gathered your things in the empty room, he in the doorway.
You chuckled politely. "Yes, many have tonight. Thank you, Marik."
"What about ethereal? Stunning? Jaw-dropping?" Marik took a step towards you with every compliment, hands in his pockets.
"What're you doing?"
"Nothing." He spoke with a small smile. "Just...admiring."
You felt bad. You loved Seto more than anything, and yet here you were with Marik...but you weren't doing anything right? So this technically wasn't wrong. Marik took your silence as an invitation to get closer, however.
"I'm so sorry I didn't return sooner."
"It's- it's alright, Marik." You spoke nervously.
"Are you...sure you don't want to come back to Egypt with me? Forget about Domino city?" Marik finally took his hands out of his pockets and held your hands in his gently.
"Marik, I...I can't believe you'd ask me that. I'm getting married in a few months, I have all my friends and family here, my job, I-"
Marik broke your tangent by kissing you. On the lips. On the night of your engagement party to another man. Losing yourself for a moment, you kissed back. You could feel yourself yearning for him, yearning to leave with him. No. No, this was wrong.
You broke away and stepped around him. "Get out."
Marik's smile immediately fell. He was still for a moment, and only when you repeated your demand did he say something. Though it was barely above a whisper, and if you hadn't been paying attention, you don't think you would have heard it.
"You're really gonna marry him?"
You nodded. "Yes."
Marik bit his lip before nodding. "I have to go."
He shoved past you, and you felt your heart break for the second and final time from Marik.
