If love were illegal, I'd go to jail for you

Whether that's just the way I feel, or a thing that lovers do

But love breaks no laws

My heart knows no limits

And it's not hard to see me by your side

If love were a secret I'd keep it, from everyone but you

Intimacy expressed in the words only we knew

But words can be empty

Secrets can be spilled

And our love is something we should never have to hide
