Parmigianino is my headcannon for one of the lost siblings of the boys (along with Venus). You know what lost siblings I mean? The ones we would meet in Season 3? That ones!
In my Au, Long-lost Pink, Splinter managed to rescue him too from the lab's explosion and raised him along with Red, Purple, Blue and Orange (here Parmi would be Pink). But he "disappeared" when he was five years old (Rafa was seven, Leo and Donnie six and Mikey four)
His father could have abandoned Par. But they would not! Your brothers never lost hope.
And they kept looking for him for eight years...
He is a sea turtle and his weapon is a bow, he has a spectacular aim
He doesn't have the characteristic three fingers, becase he has fins. But that's cool
