Dream Conditioning Tommy

Dream is conditioning Tommy that if Tommy obeys him, Tommy will have nice things-- Tommy won't get hurt.

Think about today, when Dream gave Tommy armor later in the stream. He made Tommy so happy when he gave him that armor. In that moment Tommy forgot that Dream isn't his savior; he forgot that Dream was the one who keeps destroying his things. Don't you think the more appropriate response would be something along the lines of "This armor was mine in the first place", not "Thank you. Nobody has given me armor before".

Dream has already conditioned Tommy. Every step-- ever major decision Tommy makes, Dream is on his mind. Tommy keeps asking for permission for basic things. If you think about it his only rules are to not own armor or weapons, and to not step into Dream SMP. He doesn't need to ask for permission.

And yet look at Tommy!

Making a road to Logstedshire.

Will Dream allow it?

Visiting a fellow Exilee.

Throwing a party.

Will Dream allow it?

Even with his own visions, he consults Dream.
