Lamia Bittys - Tumblr Posts
May I have a lamia bitty match up please? I love the outdoors, biking, museums and aquariums. Photography, art, writing, sea shell and rock/fossil collecting are big hobbies. I also volunteer at an animal rescue rehab center. Despite all this I’m not exercise savvy but wouldn’t mind a gentle push to become more active. Cuddling, Xbox and music is what I do to relax. I do have anxiety and a chronic illness but take meds. The house isn’t messy, but a reminder to tidy up would be nice haha.
My recommendations for you are:
Krait (Gaster): A Krait is not super exercise savvy or super fussy about tidiness, but he will gladly remind and assist you in exercising and cleaning up. Kraits love seashells, aquariums, museums, and fossils because biology and natural history are interesting to them. Kraits love cuddles and generally being close to their adopters.
King (UF!Papyrus): A King cares about your physical health, so if you need a nudge to exercise, a King might work for you! Kings like a tidy environment. He will remind you to clean up, but he will also help you. Kings aren’t as cuddly as some other lamia types, but they care very deeply for their adopters.
Chain (SF!Papyrus): Chains are cuddly and laidback lamias who form a very close SOUL bond with their adopters. Chains are capable of being active and enjoy activities like hiking and collecting interesting rocks. Chains love flopping down on the couch with their SOULbond for some relaxing cuddles, but they aren’t exactly the tidiest of lamias.
Let me know if you’d like an adoption scenario.
I’d like to adopt all three types of lamia bittys you recommended: a krait, a king and a chain. Not only can I share my love with them, they’ll have more friends and company at all times.
*You finally received your lamia bitty matchup, and you couldn’t be happier. After reading the recommendations, you’ve decided... that it is impossible to decide between the three lamia types. You’re going to adopt all three of them: a Krait, a King, and a Chain. You can’t keep the smile from your face as you step into the friendly atmosphere of the Lamia (and Felid) Bittybones Adoption Center.
*You can already sense the presence of a compatible Chain thrumming through your SOUL. You’ve read about SOULbonds before, but you never realized it felt so strong and so soothing. The SOUL attraction was like seeing a beloved stuffed animal years after thinking you’d lost it: comfort and belonging. Knowing that the Chain must feel it too, you trust him to find you and wander over to the Kings to watch some displays.

*The Kings perk up as soon as they see you showing interest. Between the sensation of the Chain’s SOUL swiftly approaching, and the elaborate bows and heroic posing of the Kings, you are quite thoroughly impressed and excited with the success of your trip. You’ve even chosen a favorite among the Kings- a handsome fellow with a certain twinkle to his eyelight when you speak about your rescue rehabilitation work that you find hard to resist. Apparently, this King is another kindred spirit.

*The Chain arrives within another few minutes, and he’s everything you could’ve wanted, rushing in for a cuddle after a quick pause to make sure you’re comfortable with it. You notice a look pass between the King and the Chain. You wonder what’s going on when suddenly, the King begins to do more poses. You focus on him, admiring his efforts, but you spot movement out of the corner of your eye. It seems that the Chain is trying to slip a Krait into your pocket. From the mischievous gleam in the Chain’s eyelights, you guess that he knows he’s been spotted and does not intend to stop. Surreptitiously, you shift to give him easier access to the pocket.

*You hear a tiny gasp from your pocket and can’t help glancing down. The Krait is hanging precariously from your pocket, holding a seashell aloft. You’d planned to show it off at the Krait pool, but this little guy has already discovered it and is gasping softly with wonderment as he turns it over and over in his hands. A third kindred spirit, you think. The thought stays with you as you lead the three lamias to the front desk and sign their adoption forms. You can’t help smiling, with the hope of many more smiles to come.
(I totally get that and Okay! I’ll keep that in mind when I ask questions! :3)
He’s very charming ;) I’ll name him Nagrada, Slovenian for ‘Prize’ :3
Goodness! If you went through the backlog then it looks like my ask got eaten! Hey there, I have come to adopt a Twister and I would like to adopt a Glossy as you had offered once before, but with the types of bitties I have in my own store I am afraid a loud Glossy wouldn't be as well received by some of them as it would have been if I was on my own like when I last asked. Is that alright?
((Haha… That’s why I post my “empty inbox” notices. Or at least one of the reasons… I worry that people are waiting for something I never received. I always welcome people checking up on their asks!))
Selkie welcomes you to the shop! She’s familiar with your own bittys and shop - and is always thrilled when a fellow enthusiast visits!
“I think a Twister is a good fit! He won’t be intimidated by your friends and probably would enjoy the darker humour!
As for the Glossy… It’s true that they are noisy. Even a quieter bird has it’s moments. They say having a cockatoo is like having a screaming toddler in your house for the rest of your life! Maybe it’s a good idea to hold off on the Glossy until you have a chance to reevaluate your situation. It’d break my heart if he would have to be returned because of a bad fit!”
Selkie invites you to come visit the Twisters who are hanging out in the garden. You tip toe through the tulips and other flowers as you make your way to a collection of pools and tubs that the Twisters enjoy lounging in.
There seems to be some sort of “rubber ducky” show going on in one of the larger pools. Twisters are showing the “judge” their favourite ducky showing off their “excellent features” and even performing tricks like: spin, stay and speak! You laugh at their creativity and wait with baited breath as a winner is chosen! The prize? A blue ribbon made out of blue duct tape. (Waterproof!) The winning Twister attaches his ribbon to the prized ducky and presents both to you, giving you a flirty wink.
You accept both graciously as the Twister quickly jumps out of the pool and dries off.
“So hey, since ya know I c’n raise prize winnin’ ducks - shows I got what it takes t’ take care of ya, yeah?,” The Twister says awkwardly, trying to keep his cool.
You chuckle and pin the ribbon to his shirt telling him he’s quite the prize himself! It’s like you flipped a switch and your new Twister dazzeles you with his smile! Selkie invites you two back to the lobby where you sign the paperwork while you new friend changes into a dry hoodie. You notice when he comes back he’s still wearing the blue ribbon.
