I had a bunch of fun on this piece, I agree that Quark absolutely deserves another rootbeer float, so I knew I had to draw that prompt <3 (hope you don’t mind I threw in a Tenmyouji here as well haha)
I love drawing Junpei and Akane, they always make me sad

She's wearing a belt at her waist attached to two chains. Under the overalls she's wearing fishnet tights, knee high socks (white with pink stripes at the top) and chunky pink tennis shoes. The back top bit of Clover's hair is up in a messy bun, with the rest down. She's wearing fluffy earmuffs with black spots, and her face is covered in stickers like freckles. Her nails are painted black and she's throwing up a peace sign with one hand. In the middle is Light Field. He's wearing a loose, yellow, cable knit sweater vest over a very loose and somewhat wrinkled white dress shirt rolled up at the sleeves. The shirt is half tucked into a pair of corduroy pants that are also very rumpled, and a few inches too short for him. You can see a bit of his white socks under them, and he's wearing brown lace up dress shoes. Over his shoulders, he's wearing a blue military styled jacket, similar to the one he wears in 999, but this one goes down to just about his knees. On the right is Junpei, who's wearing a truly excessive amount of layers. He has got: a plain white T-shirt, a blue and red striped button down, unbuttoned to halfway down his chest, tucked into his jeans, a green and blue unbuttoned flannel-- it seems to be one of those hoodie-flannel hybrids that has a hood on it (the hood is grey), and an 80s style windbreaker. The windbreaker is a subtle (for 80s windbreakers) red blue and white. the excuse for this post is the au me and my friend have in our heads where clover light & junpei move in together and start a psychic/detective/whatever they want agency after 999 but the real reason is that I just wanted to give them funky little outfits

It's just under a minute because I heard the song and only started thinking about Akane by the time the lyrics uttered the words "Heroine" and "Repeating Play" then had a very vivid mental image for this last bit. The rest of the song really doesn't fit them though lol
