Hello!!! This is my first time doing a themed week so forgive if anything seems off. So anyway meet my Dumbass Jamie!!

(I cannot draw so i used picrews)

They are Players step-sibling who accidentally found out about Carmen while looking for her computer charger and just was absorbed into Team Red by proximity. He's 20 years old and is genderfluid! Their and Players relationship as siblings is pretty close and they care about each other a lot. I have a document here. It still is partially unfinished in the backstory section but it's pretty much all there.

CSOCW 24- Day 2- Mission

As Jamie is not a VILE operative or some sort of field agent, here is a collection of them coming across various VILE members over the course of a week

-Monday- Tigress

It was already gearing up to be a terrible day, It was absolutely pouring outside and of course it was Jamie’s turn to grab groceries. The walk to the store was worse than normal, with cars splattering mud and dirty water on any poor soul on the sidewalk, and water high enough to cover the soles of their shoes.

Finding all of the items on the list was easy enough, but the real trouble came when she and another person both reached for the last maroon lipstick. “Ugh, do you mind?” the person said as Jamie got a look at her, white hair, pale, she also had a beauty mark, good looking, but holy fuck that outfit. A plain brown trench coat over a, honestly, shitty looking, one piece.

“Hellooo? Are you listening?! I said I needed that!” The lady sneered at him. Jamie shook out of their stupor and sneered right back, “Sorry, I couldn’t hear you over that atrocious outfit of yours.” With that Jamie grabbed the lipstick and walked off to go pay, leaving the lady in shock.

-Wednesday- The Cleaners

Learning that your little brother is a hacker international super thief (vigilante?) really sends you for a trip, thankfully Jamie has the local dirt bike track to let off some steam.

The rev of the bike always helps Jamie’s stress unwind, though this time it was a bit different, she couldn’t shake the feeling that someone was watching him. Coming to a stop, Jamie took off their helmet and looked around, almost missing a pair of guys hidden in the trees up ahead, one tall and one short, both looking almost dead.

“Hey bozos! Get off the track before you get run over!” Didn’t move, so Jamie did as Jamie does. Played chicken with ‘em and almost ran them over. But as she got closer, the pair just disappeared, poof, gone. ‘Huh, weird’, He thought, and just continued on their way.

-Friday- Paper Star

“FUCK YEAH!!! This concert’s gonna be awesome!!” Jamie shouted as she walked into the venue, he had been waiting for Ice Nine Kills to perform in the area for 2 years and now it’s finally happening! They were so caught up in her excitement that he didn’t notice the other person right in front of them.

The two collided and paper was strewn across the floor. “Oh SHIT I’m so sorry, here let me help pick it up.” Jamie helped the girl pick up the mess and took notice of her outfit, specifically a pin on her jacket, “You here for the concert?”, she nodded, ”Same here, I’ve been waiting for 2 years! My name’s Jamie, what’s yours?” The girl kept quiet for a second, “Tammy. Thank you for the help.” Jamie smiled, “No problem, it was my fault anyway. See you in the pit, Tammy!” Jamie waved and hurried to the stage.

The concert was electrifying, INK played songs like “A Grave Mistake” and “Ex-Mørtis”. When it ended the adrenaline was coursing through Jamie’s veins as they saw familiar two-toned hair, “TAMMY! OVER HERE!!” Jamie yelled as she made her way towards her. “How’d ya like the concert?” Jamie asked as they walked out of the venue, “It was good, I liked when they played Hip to be Scared.” Jamie pulled out his phone, “Mind if I get a selfie? Since it was both of our first INK concerts.” Tammy thought about it for a moment, “Alright.” The pic was taken and Jamie turned to thank Tammy, but she was nowhere to be found. “Huh, where’d she go?” Jamie then sent a couple of videos and pics including the selfie of them and Tammy to the group chat with her, his brother, and their friends saying ‘Concert was great! Even met this cool girl named Tammy, she disappeared really quick tho :(‘

Not even 5 seconds later, Player called. “Yello?” “JAMIE CORDELIA BELLAMY, WHAT IN THE ABSOLUTE FUCK?”

CSOCW 24 day 4 - tragedy-

I think that a full story would take me a While so, I’ll make a bullet point story.

I’m calling it the Grim Reaper Rally caper

Since the Ivory Off Road Invitational is a very dangerous one

If you’ve ever seen Speed Racer, I’m talking like almost Casa Cristo level danger

multiple deaths and injuries

This is also set in summer while schools out

NOW some backstory

This rally is one of many that have been rigged by VILE in order to get the prize money

BUT this hasn’t worked in the last couple of races due to Jamie who somehow beat VILE’s racers

The Next rally would be the Ivory Off-road and VILE was determined to win this one

Now onto the story:

Player was doing his thing decoding the VILE harddrive when he found something that chilled him to the bone

It was a series of rally sabotages and fixings that hadn’t worked in the past few years due to Jamie of all people and now VILE had made it clear that No one would win the Ivory Off-road Invitational other than them

As VILE had planted a bomb in their racers bike, so the Driver could activate it if need be

And the Ivory was Jamie’s next race, one that they had been preparing for a while

“Jamie, please! You can’t race in this rally, you could die!”

But it was too late Jamie had already said yes to the invite and suddenly rescinding that would damage her rep as a racer

They called Team Red and Jamie vetoed any plan that would cause him to never race again

“This is one of the last connections I have with my mother, I won’t quit now.”

So after a long debate they decided on this plan

Jamie would race but have Ivy and Zack on crew, Carmen and Shadowsan following the race in the air, and Player on coms and cams

As Jamie entered the locker room, they could feel people’s eyes on her, specifically VILE’s own motocross racer, the Driver

“Good luck in this rally Bellamy, you’ll need it.”

With that chilling exchange out of the way, Jamie went and got prepared

Meeting up with Team Red in their tent, they fleshed out their plan

“When I give the signal, Jamie, you turn on the hidden body cam. Zack, Ivy, you keep watch for any sabotage on their bike. Me, Player, and Shadowsan will keep watch from the skies and cameras. The bomb will be almost invisible except for the timer, which will be on the front left. Got it?”

After agreeing to the plan, The team split off into their positions and started the race

From the beginning, the Ivory was difficult.

The terrain shifted from soft ground to rocky dirt and dust and it was full of twists and turns

But Jamie was focused, keeping an eye on the green and gray bike up ahead

About halfway through the race Jamie caught up to the Driver and something happened that changed all of their plans

“Shit, She activated the bomb!”

Then Jamie had an idea

“Change of plans, I’m turning on my camera now. Player, can you hook it up to the MC’s booth?”

In just enough time the MCs switched to Jamie’s feed and saw the timer, revealing the bomb to all who were watching

By now Jamie still hadn’t told Team Red what she was doing and they were worried

Player tried to get him to say what their new plan was and all he got was this

“Even if I win, that bomb is still activated, so I’m going to stop it.”

Immediate backlash from Team Red and for good reason

“Jamie you have no experience with this, you can’t-”

“I’m the only one who’ll make it in time.”

Jamie turned off her comms and sped to catch up with the driver

He forced the Driver off track and caused the Driver to get fed up with them

That’s when the fight started

Now the Driver had been trained by VILE and was definitely more skilled than Jamie, but Jamie was more stubborn and had the desperation and rage of a dying man

Jamie was getting a beat down, at least 3 broken bones, a bloody nose, a black eye, blood everywhere, but still kept getting up

The fight lasted until there was 5 minutes left on the bomb

After hearing the warning, The Driver ran off, leaving Jamie on the ground

“Shame you’re going to die Bellamy, at least you were a good opponent.”

Jamie had one thing to say to that

"Fuc-Fuck You"

To add salt in Jamie's wound the Driver stomped on Jamie's right hand

Raising her good hand, he turned on their comms again

“JAMIE! Your biometrics are all over the place! Red and Shadowsan are on their way to your coordinates. What happened?!”

The first time she opened his mouth, they coughed up blood

“No-Nothing, just tell me how to defuse a bomb.”

Jamie used her good hand to haul himself to the discarded bike

It took some time to get there and even more for their vision to stop being blurry

She had 2 minutes to defuse this thing

The two got to work defusing the bomb, cutting it close when Jamie had to take a break

It was too close and now there was 10 seconds

Jamie had to stop as the worst of his injuries caught up to them

“Peter, if I don’t make it, promise me one thing.”

“Don’t talk like that! You’ll make it, you have to…”

The explosion was deafening and the smoke could be seen for miles

During their conversation Jamie had found cover behind a large rock

As Jamie fell unconscious they caught glimpses of Carmen and Shadowsan running up to her, then all black

He was airlifted to a local hospital and then again to a larger one that was better equipped

Jamie ended up unconscious for the next 7 days, their condition critical but stable

Team Red were there most often and 3 days in, Player and her family came in. The organizers paying for their hotel stay.

CSOCW 24 Day 5 -Mentorship-

For the longest time Jamie had looked up to their mother, who unfortunately died when Jamie was 8. She also did motocross and the one who was teaching Jamie how to ride a dirt-bike. When she died, Jamie was heartbroken and stopped for a year, until she turned 11 and found all of the pictures and gear in the attic. So to honor her memory, Jamie started riding again.

Jamies dad Arthur was a horror nerd and would watch them with him once Jamie was old enough. They had the best halloween decorations and costumes on the block. Arthur would also teach Jamie how to do voice impressions and supported them any way he could. He would post about any shows that Jamie was in, and was the loudest supporter at the junior and youth races.

Clara Bouchard, Jamies step-mother, would show Jamie that it's alright to not have to go 100 mph all the time and slow down. She taught Jamie first-aid and basic cpr. Jamie may not call her mom, but Clara understands and won't push it.

CSOCW 24 Day 6 -Favorite Character-

It's been about 2 years since Jamie's dad, Arthur, met Clara and 4 months since they got married and now it was their first halloween as an 'official' family. So, Jamie and Player decided to have matching costumes. Since they both loved retro games, the two decided on Protoman and Megaman respectively. They asked Arthur to help them make their costumes and he even gave Player an old gameboy advance with a megaman 3 cartridge. Their blasters could make sounds and Jamie played the protoman whistle whenever they walked up to a door. Clara thought it was adorable and asked a passerby to take a picture of the 4 of them.

Jamie learns the truth about Player's international pen pal 'Red'

(Probably during season 2 after they get the HQ)

"Where the fuck did it go??" Jamie thought aloud as they searched up and down for her computer charger. He had an audition at the end of the month and wanted to print out their resume and headshot. 'Maybe Peter has an extra.' She wondered as he made their way down the hall to his room.

Jamie knocked, and knocked, Player didn't answer either time, so they opened the door to ask.

"Hey, Player? Do you have an-" Jamie was interrupted by Player responding to someone on the other side of the call, "Alright Red, disabling the security cameras now." He started to type on his desktop, when he noticed light coming from behind him. He turned and noticed Jamie leaning on the doorframe, one eyebrow raised. "Fuck you mean 'disabling the security cams'?" Player felt sweat beginning to roll down his forehead, "Oh Crap."

"Player? Is everything alright?" The familiar voice of Carmen calmed him down a small bit, "Yeah just give me a sec." He turned back to his computer to finish, while Jamie sat down on a chair and gave him a look that said 'We'll talk later'.

The caper was successful, but Player couldn't be more nervous. Maybe it was the fact that he now had to explain the VILE situation to Jamie, who had been watching for the past 2 hours.

"Explain. Now." Jamie was sitting in the chair like you would expect an older sibling to do. Player nervously chuckled, "Well... Do you remember my friend Red", Jamie nodded, "And have you heard of Carmen Sandiego?" They scoffs, "Everyone's heard of Carmen Sandiego," Jamie's eyes widened as she put things together, "Oh my god, don't tell me, Red is Carmen," Player rubbed his neck while Jamie pinched his nose, "And you're her programmer or whatever." Player gave her a small smile, "Got it in one." Jamie then suggested that Player should call Carmen to explain more of this... entire thing.

It wasn't until Player got Carmen on video call that the entire story was explained. "So you," Jamie pointed at the screen, "were raised by shitty people, one of which is not so shitty, in a school for thieves," He then pointed at Player, "During which, you hacked through the security and befriended Carmen. And now you're dismantling this entire organization heist by heist with 3 other people." Both Carmen and Player nodded, Player kind of nervous of how Jamie will react.

Jamie just shrugged and said, "As long as you're not hurting anyone and spiting assholes, I'm fine with it.", They stood up and patted their legs, "Now if you could tell me the names of those other shitty people. My guitar and I have a date..." Player recognized the glint in Jamie's eyes as she said that. "JAMIE, NO! DO NOT." Carmen looked confused as Player jumped out of his chair to grab Jamie's arm, "What're they trying to do?" Player looked back at the screen, "Remember how I told you how I had a bully problem a couple of years ago?" Carmen nodded. "Jamie stopped them by using horror special effects and a very threatening guitar message." Carmen just nodded slowly, "Where did you say Jamie went to school again?"
