Todd goes into a bath bomb store to get a present for Amanda and meets an overeager sales assistant. Self-examination, and - dare I say it - romance ensues.

Features: Todd POV, veers between a shit-ton of flirting fluff and introspection into mental health, chronic health issues, and the long road to getting better. References to Queer Eye and pop music, cameos from Panto and others later, autistic Dirk, a-spec Dirk, Todd learning to love himself, Todd and Amanda’s friendship.

My aim: A long slow-burn that feels like a Carly Rae Jepsen song but also the lyrics remind you that you’re worthy of love and affection.
