i figured it out. i think. she has really bad adhd. i think thats whats been going on and why shes been acting so insane to me and in general. ive been reading up on it and asked some people their experiences. its starting to make a lot of sense. if she just. kinda cant control herself and is so overwhelmed to do tasks that she just cant do them. and cant focus. cant prioritise. and cant have peace and calm inside herself to make better decisions and actions and words. cant think twice. its all starting to make a lot of sense. she couldnt seek help even because shes so overwhelmed about the task of doing it. the task of finding where to book an appointment. doing the booking. going there on time. finding where it is. handling the anxiety. its too many small tasks for her that overwhelmed her i think. this is my attempt at understanding it. thats why she didnt do it. because to me it feels obvious. if youre being this insane and hurting the one you love - just go get help? its not hard. but it was hard for her not because she didnt care but because she has undiagnosed and untreated adhd. and not me nor anyone else knew how to help her or how to understand her. not herself either.
