The way he asked you out was blunt, like he just straight up told you he loved you and wanted to go out with you

He also would tell you that he will wait as long as it takes for a response, and that you shouldn't feel pressured

You started off simple, like holding hands or walking around the city together, but then you started going on dinner dates

7:30, your usual alarm goes off. You reach towards your phone to dismiss the alarm, but you seem to be having a hard time reaching it because of the weight holding you back.

“Noo…” Your half-asleep boyfriend, Yuji, mumbles. “Stay here with me…for just a few more minutes?”

Finally dismissing the alarm, you snuggle closer to him. “I have to get up, babe. And so do you.”

“Hunhh… Can’t we just skip school?”

“No, Gojo would be mad. Besides, I promised Kugisaki I would go shopping with her after school, so I have to get up anyway.”

“Just a little bit longer?” He mumbles, burying his face in the crook of your neck. “I don’t wanna get up.”

“Here, I’ll set a timer for 10 minutes.”

“Okay,” he mumbles, “but I don't know if I'll be ready to get up by then.”

“Well, you're probably gonna have to.” You smile.

“Mmmh.” He groans, burying his face in your shoulder. “I love you, babe.”

“I love you too, baby.”

“Do you want to go out tomorrow? Like after school?” He asks, slowly waking up.

“Sure. I wouldn't mind.” You slowly run your fingers through his hair, causing him to sigh dreamily.

“I love it when you do that.”

You giggle. “I love doing it, so I guess it works out.”

Yuji moves and presses a soft kiss on your lips. “I love you,” you can tell he's starting to wake up as he speaks, “lots and lots.”

“I love you too, baby.”

He presses another kiss onto your lips, and presses on onto your forehead.

You press your forehead on his, kissing his nose. He chuckled.

You kissed his cheek, and he followed by kissing your chin.

This kept going for a bit longer, and before you knew it, the timer went off.
