An entire hour. You've been awake for an entire hour, meanwhile Jordan has continued sleeping like the both of you hadn't already missed one class. A part of you felt like you should just wake them up, but every attempt you made was met with a 'five more minutes' that you didn't even know they were capable of considering how interested you knew Jordan to be in the rankings. Missing class... definitely not a good look.

That was why you decided to try another method. A more hands on approach to getting your typically timely partner our of bed.

Scooting over, you brushed the hair off of Jordan's shoulder, your lips pressing against their neck and your body sandwiched between them and the pillow that your head had once been laying on. That didn't cause any sort of stir, any acknowledgment that you were even there.

So, you moved your hands down the exposed skin of their shoulder, finally seeing a twitch but only a momentary one.

"Jordan, we really need to get up." That caused something, but that thing just pushed you slightly further away as you watched Jordan shift from their female form to their male form. At least that had to have meant they were waking up in some capacity, though you weren't sure how soon.

Besides that, no eyes were opened. No body parts were moving to respond to your touch. With a sigh, you moved your lips up to trace the side of their jaw, moving up to the corner of their lips before finally one eye popped open.

"We missed class."

"We did what?!"

"You wouldn't get out of bed, I've been trying to get you up for an hour." Jordan moved to grab their phone, glancing at the time before setting it back down on the nightstand unceremoniously."

"Well, I don't have another class for two hours, why don't you finish what you started." Jordan switched back to their female form, your eyes lighting up for a brief moment before you were absorbed into a kiss. You, technically, were missing two classes for this but... at least you finally got Jordan to wake up.
