“This is Y/n, he’s going to be with us for awhile.” Gojo said with a grin as he placed a hand on your shoulder.
“It’s nice to meet you.” You said and slightly bowed towards the few people that were there.
“Are you sure he’s a jujutsu sorcerer?” Nobara asked and squinted her eyes a bit while looking you up and down.
“He actually is! His cursed technique is similar to Inumaki’s surprisingly.” Gojo said making everyone confused.
“But Inumaki can’t speak normally, but Y/n can.” Panda said as he tilted his head. Inumaki raised a brow since he never knew someone could actually have something similar to his technique.
“Can you show us?” Yuji asked, his eyes sparkled as he waited. “Um..sure? Those that don’t want to partake cover your ears.” You said, pacing your hands to your ears mimicking what you said.
A few covered their ears which were Megumi, Maki, Gojo and Panda.
You cleared your throat a little before opening your mouth. “Sit.” Those that heard had quickly made contact with the ground.
“He wasn’t lying! His technique is similar to Inumaki-senpai!” Yuji screeched as he clapped his hands. Inumaki had also started clapping his hands.
“But unlike Inumaki, Y/n here gets really bad headaches if he uses his technique too much or uses strong words.“ Gojo said amazing a few others.
After the small introduction, everyone continued what they were doing besides Inumaki who started following you around like a puppy. “Do you need something?” You asked after awhile and turned to face Inumaki.
He started speaking seasonings making you stare at him as if he said something weird. He fished out his phone after realizing you couldn’t understand him and typed away at his phone before showing you.
‘I want to get to know you since we have something similar that involves our cursed techniques, that is if you don’t mind.’
“Ooh, I don’t mind. And I think it’s going to take me awhile to understand what you’re saying verbally by the way.” You said with a smile making Inumaki move back and fourth on the heel of his shoe.

this is a request!! thank u so much for requesting💗anyways time for jujutsu tech prom hehe😌 (lets pretend prom is a thing in japan and that there's actually enough students to do a cute thing like this lmaoo)
also since this is a prom fic, the second years are now third years and the first years are second years
@noomon one tag for uuuuu

The atmosphere was oddly lovey-dovey at Jujutsu Tech recently. Prom was just around the corner, so it wasn't exactly odd that spirits were high, but considering the usually grim faces that you see in the halls of the school, it does feel strange to see everyone so excited.
Then again, you suppose it is better to make the most of every day as a sorcerer and little joys like this are precisely what make all the death and injury worth it.
But, on the topic of prom... You don't know who to go with! You might just end up skipping out or going alone if you must (Gojo will probably force you to go). After all, prom isn't all about dancing with a guy and romantic stuff, it's about having fun with your friends and laughing at the memories you made as students of this school.
Or, well, for this kind of school, maybe some of the memories are better forgotten.
"Hey, senpai!" you heard a familiar voice behind you. It was Yuuji and Nobara! They often come to talk to you about random things so you aren't at all surprised to see them.
"Hello." you greet them, wondering what crazy story they'll tell you today.
"Do you already have a date for prom?" Yuuji and Nobara beamed.
"Do I- No, no I don't." that's the question you were expecting the least. Why are they asking you this anyways?
"Great." Nobara huffed, very satisfied with your answer. Yuuji seemed even more excited than before. You had little question marks floating above your head.
"Why are you happy about me being single? Are you two trying to tell me something?" your eyebrows furrowed slighly. But then again, Nobara and Yuuji are idiots (affectionately), so you don't think they're seriously trying to insult you.
"Oh, actually, it's because-"
Nobara slapped a hand over Yuuji's mouth before he could continue his sentence. "It's nothing, don't worry about it." she smiled at you, dragging Yuuji away and muttering something you couldn't quite catch.
Huh. How strange.
But now that you think about it, there is one person you'd really like to go to prom with.
.
The next day, Panda approaches you after class.
"Hey, you should like, totally follow after me right now. I have something to show you." Panda suggested cheerfully. And why not? Knowing Panda, he probably just has something funny or stupid to show you, which is always a pleasure.
As you followed him, a strange feeling started rising up inside you. You felt oddly fidgety and excited. Maybe it was the whole prom thing. I mean, with the strange conversation you had with the second years just yesterday is it that much of a stretch to assume that you're about to get confessed to via a prom invitation?
Nah, you shouldn't get ahead of yourself. If anything, Panda's going to let you in on someone else's promposal plan so you can help them out. Not that that's a bad thing, you just really get your hopes up sometimes.
You were being lead down a dimly lit hallway in one of the more secluded areas of the school. There was even candles here and there, to set the mood, you assume. Wow, this is really a last minute invitation. They're asking you to help out at the last possible moment, huh?
You soon found yourself in front of a group of students, all lined up to make a little walkway for you and Panda. Panda stops right at the end of the line, motioning for you to continue walking. All the other third years lined up were smiling knowingly at you. What in the world is going on?
You walked down the line of students a bit hesitantly, taking the flowers each of them handed you along the way. Oh wow, this is impressive. And also definitely means that this promposal is meant for you. You can feel your heart start beating faster with excitement when taking each rose into your hands.
Who orchestrated a confession so grand? Please be him...
Nobara handed you a rose when you walked by her, smiling proudly at you. Now the question from yesterday makes perfect sense.
At the end of the line of students, you saw a few of your classmates holding up signs that said "I know I'm not a man of many words, but I really need you to kelp me out here. It's almost prom night and you're still not together with me (which is criminal in my opinion). This isn't just a prom invitation, by the way. Will you go out with me tunaight?"
There's only one person that could have written those signs. Not just because of the familiar handwriting, but also because of the words he chose. And sure enough, Inumaki Toge was proudly holding up the middle sign, looking at you.
You clutched the makeshift boquet of roses in your hand. It was him after all.
In all three years of your schooling at JJT, you've found Inumaki Toge to be especially charming. You had a bit of trouble talking to him at first, but you quickly got along after you bridged the whole "onigiri ingredient" gap. Honestly, you don't know how long it's been since you felt... a special way about him.
It took you a while to realise, but you definitely like him. More than a friend.
And knowing it's mutual...
He looked at you with such hope in his eyes that it made you want to hug him and kiss him all over. And so you did.
The sign he was holding fell to the ground as you embraced him tightly and he immediately hugged you back, as if it were the most natural thing in the world to him. As if that is the place where you belong.
"Yes, yes, I'll go to prom with you!" you yelled happily, leading everyone around you to cheer. You didn't really notice it because you were busy kissing Inumaki's cheeks, but all the other third years looked satisfied, knowing their ship has sailed at long last.
"But bad onigiri ingredient puns, really? I'm feeling the second hand embarrasment real hard right now." your face scrunched up slightly, cringing.
He simply giggled quietly in response, squeezing you again.
You can't deny, that is so him.
This is so cute

sweet moments with fushiguro megumi, itadori yuuji, inumaki toge, okkotsu yuuta
notes: gn reader (no pronouns used), first jjk reaction post !! this was so hard to write ngl, header from pinterest, title from tom odell - black friday

FUSHIGURO MEGUMI is in love with you.
dusk is filled with golden rays and city lights. you walk side-by-side with megumi in a comfortable silence. these quiet moments with you had always been rare but cherished moments - a small amount of time when you both could finally breathe.
years of fighting curses had taken its toll on you. with death always just one wrong move away, megumi had grown accustomed to cherishing the little moments with you: when you made him coffee in the morning before he woke up; when you waited at his bedside after he was injured in a fight; when you forcefully put some of your food on his plate after noticing that he wasn’t eating enough.
megumi had never grown up with a view of a real romantic relationship - all of his experience came from side plots in manga and being dragged into watching movies with yuuji - but he was smart enough to realize why his heart beat so fast around you. why he blushed so easily when your hand brushed against his. why he desperately wanted more.
megumi stops when you pause in your steps, stretching out your shoulders. a content sigh escapes you as you look out towards the shore. “the sunset is beautiful, isn’t it?” you say, your eyes trained on the hues of pink and blue filling the sky.
megumi glances at the skyline, only taking in the sight momentarily before he turns back to you. all the beautiful things he’s heard about “golden hour” seem to come true. the sun peeks out from behind various buildings, illuminating your silhouette. you softly smile as you look up at the clouds above.
“yeah,” he smiles; his gaze remains trained on you. “beautiful.”
fushiguro megumi is in love with you. now, he just has to tell you.

ITADORI YUUJI is - surprisingly - not a bad cook. over his months at jujutsu high, he had become the unofficial chef in the dorms. so when you fell ill, it was no surprise when he took on the responsibility of nursing you back to health.
your body is little more than a mound of blankets when yuuji creeps into your room; a bowl of steaming soup in his hands. he moves with the utmost care as he makes his way across the room before setting the bowl down on your bedside table. despite your puffy eyes and red-tipped nose he smiles, reaching up to push a stray strand of hair away from your face.
you stir awake at his touch before slowly blinking up at him. “hi y/n,” yuuji whispers. “feeling any better?”
he receives a groan in response. “i feel like death,” you rasp out.
yuuji reaches over, resting the back of his hand against your forehead. “you’re still really warm,” he mumbles. “i don’t think your fever has gone down at all.”
his cheeks flush slightly when you reach over, taking his hand into your own. your skin is overly warm and slightly clammy, but yuuji doesn’t mind. instead, he intertwines your hands together.
“here,” he says, using his free hand to hold up a spoonful of the soup he made. “try it. maybe it’ll make you feel better.”
the metal spoon burns your tongue and the broth is a little too salty, but it soothes your throat all the same. “thank you,” you murmur. “it’s delicious.”
yuuji simply smiles brightly, holding out yet another spoonful for you. “of course.”

“do you know japanese sign language?”
INUMAKI TOGE stares at you with wide eyes, surprised by your sudden question. it shouldn’t have been all that surprising, but it was something no one had bothered to ask before.
finally, after a short period of silence, he nods. “salmon.”
toge had grown accustomed to being left out. even while around the most supportive people, he often found himself struggling to be heard - both literally and metaphorically. after all, it was difficult to communicate with others through origini ingredients.
that didn’t make it any less hurtful, though.
you smile brightly, hesitantly signing along to your words as you speak. “i’ve been practicing a little. i wanted to surprise you.”
toge’s face flushes; his jacket does little to hide the way his blush spreads across his cheeks and up to the tips of his ears. your movements are a little sloppy and you’re clearly nervous, but he doesn’t comment on it. no one had ever put in this much effort to speak to him before. to not only listen, but understand what he means.
“thank you,” he signs in return. he pauses for a second, hesitating slightly before he continues. “i love you.”
“i don’t think i know that one.” toge simply smiles, leaning in to pull you into a kiss. he’ll tell you what it means soon enough. but for now, his flushed cheeks and soft smile tell you everything he means to say.

the safest place in the world is within OKKOTSU YUUTA’S arms. you can’t remember when it became a routine for the two of you. he would return home and immediately seek you out; his fingers curl around your waist and tug you closer until your back reaches his chest.
a soft sigh escapes his lips as he rests his chin against your shoulder. the pieces of your bodies fit together like a puzzle - from the way yuuta intertwines his fingers with your own to how seamlessly his arms wrap around you.
messy strands of ink black hair brush against the side of your neck when yuuta nuzzles himself even closer against you. his breath ghosts against your shoulder as he leans down, pressing a few lazy kisses over the fabric of your shirt. “i missed you.”
“i missed you, too.” your fingertips trace along little cuts and deep bruises decorating yuuta’s hands. “do they hurt?”
he catches his bottom lip between his teeth. it feels trivial to be in pain over such minor injuries, but yuuta has never been the best liar. “only a little,” he murmurs.
you frown slightly, raising your intertwined hands up to your lips. the soft kisses you press against the fresh wounds leave him breathless. with a flushed face and a soft smile, yuuta presses a chaste kiss against your cheek in return. “thank you.”

You woke up in a cold sweat, mind hazy and drenched in adrenaline. You gulped the cool night air down greedily. Heart thumping, you stayed where you sat, bolt up in your bed. Any attempts to calm down were futile, still reeling from the nightmare.
The contents of the dream weren't important, the details of it already beginning to fade away. No, it was the feelings it left in you. The absolute fear and hopelessness, desperate to save whoever had been lost. Terrified of being left alone.
You dismissed it as left over stress from the other first being away on a mission but that did nothing to soothe your nerves. That meant you couldn't slip into any of their rooms, like you normally did on nights like this. You hadn't thought you could feel any worse, and now you did, shivering alone.
Before you could catch your bearings you were on your feet, slipping quietly out into the hallway. You froze as you made contact with the cold hardwood floor. Everyone else was bound to be asleep by now, where were you even planning on going?
The tremors raking through your body were only worsening, the long shadows and eerily silent hallway fanning the fear. Then, you saw it. Further down the hall, someone's light was one. Feet moving before your mind, you were in front of the door before you even knew it. You raised a shaky fist to knock and hesitated.
But before you could, the door opened.
There stood one of the 2nd years, watching you with worry. Inumaki Toge, with his soft white hair spiking in various directions, clearly been to bed.
Unironically, you'd never spoken with the man, definitely the person you knew the least out of your upperclassman. However, depsite his quiet and calm disposition he seemed to radiate a caring energy. There'd been times you'd glimpsed a more playful side when hanging out with the others and he'd grown to have a soft spot in your heart.
He spoke gently, instantly soothing. There was a slight rasp from sleep, making your stomach flip. 'Mustard leaf?' Are you okay?
You hadn't realised you hadn't said anything. 'Sorry I...' Nor had you planned what to say.
He silently raised an eyebrow, encouraging you to go on.
You nervously cleared your throat, still uneasy. 'It's nothing really. Had a nightmare and was trying to clear my head and saw you had your light on, I don't even know why i was going to knock-'
You turned away to leave when he grabbed your wrist. Unknow to you, the jitters raking through you could be felt through the grip. His hand tightened, no way he was leaving you alone now.
His expression furrowed, trying to convey how he felt.
'Sujiko.' Look here.
'No, I couldn't.' The embarrassment of being seen by your upperclassman like this had hit and you flushed deeply along your neck. Not only that, but your favourite one too. You fell into a deep bow. 'I-I apologise for waking you, sleep well Inumaki-senpei.'
You looked up only to meet his beautiful violet. eyes, shining with concern. He shook his head furiously, your heart summersalting at the cuteness.
He gestured over his shoulder, towards his room. 'Tuna Mayo.' Talk.
You had no choice but to follow the pull on your arm.
His room was pristine yet interesting, little trinkets here and there representing his personality. A poster of a manga you liked, a key chain you'd gifted him on his birthday, an adorable onigiri plushie. Each detail had you falling more and more for him.
Inumaki sat down on his bed, back gravitating against the wall. He patted next to him, inviting you to sit. Swallowing your nerves you mimicked his position, crossing your legs.
Out of nowhere he pulled his phone out. Inumaki opened his notes app and typed away. With a self assuring nod, he held the screen up high for you to read.
Why are you upset?
'I told you, its nothing!' You tried to deflect. One look at his deadpan face and it was clear he didn't buy it. Not for a second. 'It's embarrassing. I had one of my usual nightmares and was scared to go to sleep. I can't even fix it like I usually do. I'm really sorry to have disturbed you, I dunno what I was thinking. Now, I realise we're not on that level but you're the only one here so I-'
Suddenly you were interrupted by the bright phone shoved in your face. The rambling died in your throat.
What usually helps?
If you'd been embarrassed before, it was nothing compared to how you blushed in response. You replied quietly, afraid to reveal it out loud. 'Normally I... cuddle with one of the others. But they're all away, which I'm pretty sure is making the dreams worse, but fuck I feel so lost.'
Inumaki muttered back what must've been curse from tone, agreeing with your pain.
Wordlessly, he pulled you into his side. He gently pressed your head to rest on his shoulder, wrapping an arm around your back. You instantly melted into him.
You gradually began to whisper about the dream, attempting to get it off your chest. You detailed the feelings it had left you to wake up with, the remorse and guilt of those around you dying weighing heavy. Inumaki soothingly placed a hand on your head, rubbing up and down in an attempt to comfort you, occasionally playing with the strands.
He listened intently as you poured your heart out, murming a 'salmon' in all the right places. By the time you were finished you were thoroughly exhausted, but already feeling at ease again. You cleared your throat, not wanting to spook away his gentle hand on your head.
'Thank you Inumaki-senpai, I don't know what I'd have done without you.'
He picked up his phone with his free hand, holding it in front of your lap as he typed.
Why so formal?
'Ah, I didn't even realise.' You flushed. The habit of calling the other upperclassman by their last names had long worn off, as you naturally became friends. But with Inumaki, you still couldn't bring yourself to change.
You don't for the others :(
You giggled, the tiny sad face pulling at your heartstrings. He was clearly messing with you but you felt you owed an explanation.
'I hope I didn't make you uncomfortable or anything Senpei. It's just... I respect you so much, you know? You're so cool and nice and intimadating, always so put together and fun to be around without even needing words. I dunno I guess, it wouldn't be right when I look up to you so much. Inumaki...' Blush dusted your cheeks as you held back the honorific, not to mention the confession of sorts.
He shook his head.
'Huh?'
Not Inumaki.
'Oh. Uh... wow, you sure?'
He nodded much too quickly.
'Toge-senpei.' You tasted how it felt in your mouth. He watched you expectantly, waiting.
'Toge-kun.' Not quite right.
'Toge.' Ah. In the blink of an eye, Inumaki had pulled his scarf up to try hide as much of his face as possible. Steam was practically coming of his ears, pinker than you'd ever seen. You positively melted at the sight.
'Thank you for your time then, Toge.' The clock caught your attention in the corner of your eye. "Speaking of the time, I should really leave you to rest. Thanks again Senpei, I owe you one.'
You continued with a soft smile. 'I feel so much better already. Dunno how I'll ever repay you Toge.'
It took everything in you to reluctantly pull away. You'd stood to leave when you heard him tut from where he sat on the bed.
'Sujiko.' Look here.
He was tapping the top of his cheek, the sliver exposed above his scarf. His eyes were watching you expectantly.
You coloured every possible shade of red.
'Eh??'
He tapped again, heavier now, with a determined crease to his brows. How you could be so emotive with so little, you didn't know.
Heart in your throat, you moved forward.
Pausing in front of him you took a moment to slow your breathing, to quiten the beating in your chest.
You leaned in, softly pressing your lips against his skin. He looked and smelled heavenly from this close. He was like some kind of angel. Both of you stopped breathing while you held there, then barely lifted away. You could feel your hot breath reflecting against his face.
He simply stared at you, a dumbstruck look on his face. Had he not expected you to actually do it? Heat travelled to your face.
You laughed breathlessly, slowly reaching your hand out towards his empty one. Instantly, he met with his palm, wasting no time to linking fingers.
You lost yourself in his eyes as he pulled down the scarf, revealing his marks and pretty little mouth. God, he was stunning. What caught you even more off guard were the two words he muttered next.
'Stay. Kiss.'
