Golden string

A day dedicated to lovers all around 

A day where partners express their undying love 

Love came for me twice 

In the span of my short life 

Love knocked on my door when I was twelve

I felt love surge through my body 

When I first looked deep into his eyes 

Gorgeous brown eyes looking so deeply into mine

i felt the earth swallow me whole 

I felt that warm euphoric rush every time I laid eyes on him 

As the years went by 

I got to know the who he was on the inside 

That was when I realized that love isn’t  so black and white

Love barged in unannounced when i was 16 

Late night talks and corny jokes 

Blended with the feeling of content solace 

This love allowed me to to express all my emotions 

And for the first time i got to taste the real burning blaze of love 

I believed that was it 

That love was burning red 

But that flame dies out eventually 

And the love along with it 

Real love is happiness 

Real love is comfort

Real everlasting love is the feeling of contentment and peace 

Real love shines through

When two strings connect 

When that red turns golden 

And fate is sealed

For real love is golden 

I recently watched the eras tour film with my sister and i LOVE Taylor’s outfits in it.
