nepvit is a troll from a quiet neighborhood who takes in wounded beasts. he has an affinity towards purrbeasts but adores all kinds of lusus naturae. after getting mixed up with the wrong crowd at a rave, he met velira and the two became quick friends and then moirails. nepvit helps velira suppress his violent rainbow drinker urges, and velira gets nepvit out of trouble. its a mutually beneficial relationship.

velira was a mutant with white hair, and should have been culled, but the lack of jades at the time granted him his life. he stayed in the brooding caverns with a few other jades until there was an awful cave in. it killed everyone in the area, exept velira, who was able to survive by becoming a rainbow drinker and feeding off of the bodies of his friends until he could find an exit. now hes a drifter, floating from the place to place and living the night life. if you need anything, chances are he knows a guy. no matter how illegal the practice, hes got you covered.
picture this: biblical Mary and like approximately-10-year-old Jesus. biblical equivalent of Obi Wan Kenobi and Qui-Gon Jinn (who are, idk what the biblical equivalent of a Jedi is, but like warriors of some kind??) come visit. this is kind of like the wise men ok. But like. Not because prophesy. So anyways they test his blood. But since they probably don't have super advanced blood testing techniques, they like. poke Jesus's finger with a sharp object and have him wipe it on a piece of fabric or something. And then they look at it really close or hold it up to the sun or whatever and they're like ":OO omg INSANE midochlorians!!!!!!!!"

this is after prison break lore
So tommy has wings, but he hides them by wearing Wilbur’s old trench coat or something so no one knows, so when he’s in a sticky situation like dream capturing him again and forcing him into exile or something bad, and he gets injured. so he uses his wings to fly to Phil’s or Tubbo’s house to ask him for help. Phill/Tubbo of course find out, and Tommy is delirious from blood loss/ panic. Eventually tommy is better but he realizes that Phill/Tubbo and maybe Techno/Ghostboo/Ranboo know he has wings, so he tries to escape. He of course fails but he also alerts the house mates he is up. You decide what happens next!
