I never botherd to identivy as anything ever. I didn’t know there were terms for a very long time but even after that I never went to check or anything. I was always just me. I don’t feel the need to have a term for myself that I can be labled with like a fruit in the supermarket or something. But I know a lot of people need terms in order to identivy themselves.
I was always me. I wasn’t just a girl/women. and I didn’t identivy myself of my gender. For me my gender was something to lable my genitals, but not my personality. I always was taught that it didn’t matter what your body was like in order to do something you want to do. That’s your personality is for. Your gender is just like okay, you were born with a penis or a vagina, anything else is just your brain. It doesn’t matter that your body is like for your mind to be how it is.
if you identify as cis but haven’t actually taken time to sit down and examine and analyze your gender identity, it’s probably time to do that otherwise you’ve just given in to society forcing a significant part of your identity upon you.
