No, they don't look the same. If you actually take a 3 minutes out of your oh so busy schedule and look up both of the characters, you will see they don't look the same. As you can see, Sasuke has a bigger forehead and more of filled in face (where his cheeks are). Sasuke's hair color (in the anime) is actually black, unlike Madara's blackish blue hair color. (I am aware the blackish blue hair color I mentioned doesn't seem to be there in the Madara picture, but I think you all have noticed what I mean before in the anime.) Madara has bags/lines? under and above both of his eyes, and he has a different eye shape than Sasuke. His eyes are more almond shaped, like mine, and Sasuke's are...something. Madara also has a lot more muscle than Sasuke has. Despite all the anorexic looking Madaras in fan art, this is true. Madara is also more masculine looking, which is ironic since has long hair. His jawline, body shape, and generally his overall appearance is very masculine, while Sasuke's is more feminine. And emo. (Really though, Madara seems to be the only character capable of having bangs covering one eye without seeming emo) I chose to use an adult Sasuke for this, because it is fair that way. Yes, Madara is in the range of 120 or so, but he looks only in his 20s, so an adult Sasuke is fair for this comparison. If I used the pictures of Sasuke in the war fighting Madara, this post wouldn't gave to be made at all to help you see the difference because in that case it is obvious they don't look alike. Sasuke doesn't = Madara
