Pretty Guardian Sailor Leo
I was lucky today and found both volumes of "Codename: Sailor V" at a dollar store. This kind of kickstarted my long-running interest in Sailor Moon and inspired me to do some artwork. So... Here's Sailor Leo.
I headcanon Leo as a huge fan of anime, with Sailor Moon as one of his favorites. I couldn't resist drawing him as the eponymous Sailor Soldier. I also think he kind of fits Usagi's role in the franchise, too: an individual who initially appears lazy and self-interested, but goes on to become a compassionate and capable leader.
Needless to say, prepare for more sailor turtles.
