i feel like high school/middle school sitcoms set the unrealistic expectation of being able to have lunch time outside

we had both indoor and outdoor seating and seniors were allowed to leave campus for lunch as long as they came back before classes started i never got to leave campus for lunch so i was just absent all the time instead djshhs
