I mean, in such cafes, some visitors often harass or make disgusting compliments to the staff.. is it in your AU. and if there is, how does the staff handle it? (do they complain to someone, do they have to answer and deal with it alone, who deals with it, or do they call someone? do they get paid extra for such inconveniences, etc.)
