ive found that to beat my innate fear of reading books and the feeling of "uuuuughhhhhh but its soooo loooong what are even some of these words???" i read poems

i have read, i understand the contents especially because they are constrained to stanzas, and i can flip through multiple pages in one sitting

i say this but i dont think i can read edgar allan poe also im inherently complaining about shakespearean literature i read the prologue and i couldnt understand half of the first line of the entire story i had to CROSS REFERENCE SPARKNOTES reading
