Writing Prompt (idea, thing)
Imagine a hero gets saved by the not so villainous villain. They fumble a 'Thank you' and rush off, Unsure of what to do to repay them they send a care package to them with a bubble bath, tea tin, music box, special cookies, and a note saying "Thank you for saving me and for your care! I hope you like this take-care package. I wish you the best!" - Sincerely, Hero. The not so villainous villain is touched and lightly chuckles to them self “Oh hero, you are a wonder!”
Writing Prompt
The hero was about to face their most fearsome foe, only to be pushed out of the way.
"What are you doing! You're risking your life, for what?" they questioned clear looking puzzled with a hint of agitation.
"You!" the hero exclaimed without any sign of fear or reluctance they get up, to prepare their stance.
Short Writing Prompt
“Wretch! I have seen snakes more kinder than you.” They ponder it for a bit then add “Though honestly it is a horrible stereotype that snakes are all vile; a lot of them are just doing their best. Now you on the other hand are absolutely rubbish, I’m not going to put it softly but you are just… terrible.”
The antagonist who is helping the hero walks over and says “They are entirely correct you are truly horrendous!”
The SuperVillain looked stunned with a hand on their chest “Well I never!”
Writing Prompt (Hero and the nice Villain story)
(Side note: I wanted to try something with a little story I decided to write so, sorry if it isn’t that good or to your liking. Also I might continue it if anyone actually likes it.)
The Villain was walking along on their day off, to find the hero who was in a terrible state of pain, after a raging fight with the other, more unforgiving villain and their henchman. They were left beaten with a broken hand on one side, leg and sprained wrist on the other. Not to mention the possible concussion.
The villain was left in a unusual position; for you see they weren't the kind of person to leave one for dead nor were they the type to abandon someone in need and cast them aside. After all they never found anything in senseless violence, only to stop a more imposing threat in ways a hero wouldn’t be allowed and after the suffering the organization caused them in the past who wouldn't.
They took a deep sigh and carried them off for them to be treated...
---
The hero awoken in a soft comfortable bed...
“W-where am I?” they asked themself. “I found you on the street after what looked like a horrible fight and thought to bring you here at my home to be treated.” to look and see someone sitting in a chair at their bedside “Then thank you and if you don’t mind my asking who are you?” the villain paused realizing they wouldn’t recognize them and perhaps that would be better for the situation.
“Well I-I’m Professor.____.”
Writing Prompt (Hero and the Nice Villain Story Part 2)
Part 1 For the Hero ant the Nice Villain Story
‘I didn’t mean to give my real name, but no matter. Nothing can be done now, I just need to act calmly so I do not arouse suspicion.’
“So Professor, what do you teach?” inquired The Hero. “Oh, history and science.”
“Well that’s nice and to be skilled at teaching both is very impressive.” The Villain looks down with a light blush and smile. “Thank you for the complement.” The Hero returned a smile. “You’re very welcome!”
---
The Villain later brings in a tray with a warm vegetable soup, juice, bun and a little flower in a vase. “Wow, thank you so much! But you really didn’t need to go through so much trouble.”
“Oh no trouble at all, my dear.” the villain answered with an amused laugh. As they set the tray before The hero, they take a seat beside them being cautious of their injuries. “Here let me help and please be careful its hot.” and carefully spoon feeds it to the hero.
---
“Thank you, it was really good!” the hero pronounced. “Well it’s an old recipe, you see I hint it with a bit of thyme and-“ they looked up to see the hero admiring them “And… *ahem* a hint of oregano to get the right flavour.” The Villain then gets up and says “I’ll go, put these dishes away. Um, is there anything you need?” The hero smiled up at them tucked in. “No, but thank you for everything. I really appreciate it.” The Villain then exits the room.
‘They are so kind to me, I need to make it up to them when I get better!’ the hero thought as they began to drift off to sleep.
Writing Prompt (’Immortal’)
“Ha, Oh young one you cannot possibly kill me, for I am immortal!” They announced with pride and vigorous joy.
The hero then replied as they lifted themself off the ground and stood a little taller. “Well then, I say onto you that everyone is moral, it’s only a matter of time, that is the difference.” and charged for their attack.
Writing Prompt - (Dear Little Detective~)
Antagonist was being arrested by the main detective and after putting the cuffs on them.
“Well my dear, aren’t you the clever little detective~” the antagonist pronounced leaning a bit closer to the detective with a cheeky grin. “You’ve got me yet again! Now what is your plan~” Then raising their cuffed hands to lightly tap the detective’s nose.
Leaving the detective a bit stunned for a moment to reply “Well all that is left to do is take you into questioning, dearie! If you would be so kind~” They returned that smile back at the antagonist with a softer look to it.
“Well won’t that be exciting!” The antagonist added with a little chuckle “Then please lead the way, My dear little detective~”.
After all they would only let themself get caught if it was in their best interest and to be with their charming detective, they would never mind it.
Writing Prompt
“I love that cute little steadfast tin solider act you put on. It really is quite adorable my dear~” Said the antagonist as they leaned forward grinning fondly over their little hero.
To which the hero let out a little laugh and replied “Well then I’ll admit at first it was rather bothersome but I think I have come to grow fonder of that little rebellious behaviour you pull.” And tapped their antagonist nose cheekily as they inclined closer to their face!
Bonus:
Bystander seeing this unfold: “UHHH! JUST KISS ALREADY AND GET THIS OVER WITH!”
Imagine
After a long and difficult fight with Supervillain, Hero goes to visit Villain. Who upon seeing their Hero bruised and tired decides to take them out to their favourite restaurant/food chain, their treat of course.
Writing Prompt
Hero: “D-d-date?!?!”
Villain: (letting out a light sigh) “Yes, my dear.”
Hero: “B-but I thought all these run-ins were so you could get me out of the way!”
Villain eyes lazily look over at hero with something affectionately warm as they slowly take hero’s chin in their hand to look at them and ask. “How could you ever possibly think that I could feel anything other that deep admiration, adoration and fondness for you, my dearest little hero?”
Writing Prompt (with a Hero and Villain)
“I just want someone who accepts me for who I am. Who sees me as human and doesn’t fault me for my shortcomings. Someone who doesn’t expect that I can carry the world when I can’t even care the moon.” They try to wipe their tears that trail down their face like waterfalls, to no avail in stopping them. Another momentous task that they feel they are unable to, at the expectation and behest of others. But The Villain leans down beside them and just holds them, just letting them be. The Hero is left stunned with a gasp because they realize to them, to The Villain they are enough.
Plot twist for some of this: The villain also loved the hero love's interest.
Any prompts for a hero/ similar figure being confronted by villain, or any other horrified character, about them making the choice to save the city/world and not their SO/ loved one?
Love your prompts btw. Please and thank you!!
Prompts in Which the Hero Chooses to Save the World instead of Their Loved One
-> feel free to edit and adjust pronouns as you see fit.
"What did you do?!" the Villain wailed, stopping his fighting to fall to his knees. "I had to save everyone," the Hero answered, raising their fists to continue the fight. But Villain was on the ground, staring up at Hero as if he was seeing them for the first time. He never thought that Hero would sacrifice their lover. Their lover that was never really in harms way. Their lover that Villain was just using to keep them distracted from his plan. Hero was supposed to save her. Hero was always supposed to save their lover in the end.
"You let him die," Villain said weakly. It wasn't even a question at this point, just a mortifying statement. "It was for the greater good," Hero said. "No," Villain shook their head, "this wasn't the greater good. This, this was murder."
"You had to do it," the villain repeated, mocking. She threw up her hands in anger. "You could have saved them! But you just let them die! And what for?"
"Did you even love her?" the Villain asked, voice soft and brittle. "If you loved her, you would have chosen her. You would have chosen her every time. No hesitation."
