Imagine when we see Henry Oak it’s just him alone in his house, the last of the dads still alive, Mercedes gone, his sons not speaking to him in years. Alone. A sad excuse of the man he once was, shrivelled up in his home with all of his loved ones gone or not speaking to him. Maybe it’s not all o-ak.
I’m not going to be mentally o-aky till/when we see Henry again and him trying to fix his relationship with Lark and Sparrow :)
Since I made a lot of people sad with Henry angst have a sketch of some happy Henry which I will most likely finish! :D
I am not sorry for the Henry angst I made. Anywho, happy Henry to cleanse the soul! :D

I had a headcannon that Henry Oak had a little place in his and Mercedes’ garden where there would be rocks that reminds him of his friends with their names carved into them to remember them (He’d also probably use some Druid magic to make it look nice with flowers like when they found their wives dead)
Now all I can think of is when Normal goes to see his grandad they add another rock to there that is Hermie

Decided to start a dndads sims game for funsies and Henry’s first thought when I first put them into the world is to make friends with Darryl. I know what you are.
Many stories (movies, podcasts, books, etc.) have made me cry, but shout out to “Dungeons and Daddies” for being the only story that made me immediately go tell my mom that I love her and then burst into tears
the dads really do a good job of representing different aspects of a whole protagonist. henry's the chosen one, darryl's a normal guy who shouldn't be there, ron has a tragic backstory and glenn is a fucking mary sue.
Lark Oak-Garcia would either be the most doting gotta preserve the best thing in my life. Here's a note in their lunch dad or the tough love teaching my kid how to hold their own and a gun early dad.
