Okay but what if your Linksona did pitch it into the river in surprise, slap his hands to his face when he realizes what he's done and run after it, but when he jumps into the shallows another hand grabs it before he does! How's he going to explain to Sidon why he just yeeted Sidon's image into the sea?

listen, Quiet is a great many things, but ‘clever and articulate’ is not one of them. the best excuse he can come up with is ‘FISHING’, and Sidon’s a little confused. usually the image of a zora coming at them from above scares the fish away.\

little present for @leenalecklin of her D&D character Frill from our campaign! I wanted to print and frame it but It was a nightmare trying to get it printed in good quality! Luckily she was happy with the state it came out in! (unlike me) Other than that I’m actually pretty pleased with this (I must embrace my instinctive pull towards overly saturated oranges and blues, I guess)
Yinka Shonibare’s The Swing (2001) –a work that is a direct adapatation of Jean-Honoré Fragonard's L'Escarpolette (1767). Shonibare’s headless mannequin–an allusion to the downfall of the aristocracy post-French Revolution–is dressed in African print Dutch wax printed cotton dress, a historically burdened fabric that represents the diaspora and postcolonial hybridity that is central to his practice.
